OK--Here are some shots of the fabulous weather we had today. You know that song, "Walkin' in a winter wonderland" Well, that's about all it's good for. Took me over 2 hours to drive home, and my normal commute is 35-40 minutes.

Here is DS all decked out in full snow gear:

the flash made some weird effects with the snowflakes

Oh to be this happy to be freezing your butt off :teeth:

This is from our deck, looking out across our street. The tree looks really pretty

Did someone mention whiteout conditions?

There is probably a foot of snow on top of the gas grill!!!

It is so pretty when it is on a post. I hate the real stuff that looks just like that outside my door. Looks like about 10 new inches of snow on my lawn on top of the foot that was still there :(

Great pictures Debster :)

Need a blow torch there Debster:)

Like the snow on top of the grill.................you wouldn't want to be using it in a hurry hey?;)

It looks so pretty, but I am sure you might not agree :) I REALLY wish we could get a little this year. We did have 1 ice storm.

Looks very pretty!

Your son is a cutie! :)

Your DS is soooo cute -
At least you know where you grill is _ I couldn't find mine if I needed to - I know its near the garage somewhere!
I just did scrapbook pages titled 'Playing in a Winter Wonderland' ;)

This snow has to end sometime!
DH plows so it doesn't bother me to much! ;)

That's a lot of snow!

Your son is just precious.

Yup, I agree..that is one adorable child!

We got about 10 inches of snow today and we used the grill tonight....steak, ribs, corn on the cob! yum!

Great pictures Debbie!!!! Bubble Boy looks so cute :)

Thanks for posting your pictures, Debbie! Very pretty to look at. (Though I know it's not fun to actually deal with, LOL!)

Love the photos, I love it more that they weren't taken in my yard this time!!! ;)

HOLY SMOKES.. DEBBIE.. YOU MAY JUST FREEZE YOUR SILLY GOOSE BUTT OFF!!!!

LOL!!!

It looks like your little cutie of a son sure is enjoying it.. The pictures were nice but sure a change from here at the other end of the country..

will you despise me if I tell you the Lady Banks roses, hibiscus and plum trees are blooming in my back yard...??

Darn, imagestation must be down. Have to remember to come back to these.

Dan--looks like Imagestation is back. I can see them all now.

Joan--I could never despise you :teeth: It sounds so pretty. I fear my poor crocuses, daffodils and azaelas are never going to come out.

#1 DF--Yep, pretty to see, not so much to drive home in. It was brutal.

Thanks for the kind words about DS everyone. He was bouncing off the walls. They have not been outside for playtime at school for sometime due to the cold. I finally put him in his snowsuit a little before 5, he stayed out for about 45 minutes, we came in, he had a quick shower, and dinner, and was asleep on the couch by 7:15 hee hee hee. Tucker 'em out!!!

It went into the deep freeze after the snow stopped. It is exactly zero degrees right now with no wind chill.

It's a balmy 10 degrees here!!!!

My yard is beautiful this morning........I just don't want any more snow!!!

Great pictures Debbie. :D
