Its a winter wonderland (In March!!) **pictures**

OK--Here are some shots of the fabulous weather we had today. You know that song, "Walkin' in a winter wonderland" Well, that's about all it's good for. Took me over 2 hours to drive home, and my normal commute is 35-40 minutes.

Here is DS all decked out in full snow gear:

the flash made some weird effects with the snowflakes

Oh to be this happy to be freezing your butt off

This is from our deck, looking out across our street. The tree looks really pretty

Did someone mention whiteout conditions?

There is probably a foot of snow on top of the gas grill!!!

It is so pretty when it is on a post. I hate the real stuff that looks just like that outside my door. Looks like about 10 new inches of snow on my lawn on top of the foot that was still there

Yup, I agree..that is one adorable child!

We got about 10 inches of snow today and we used the grill tonight....steak, ribs, corn on the cob! yum!

Joan--I could never despise you It sounds so pretty. I fear my poor crocuses, daffodils and azaelas are never going to come out.

#1 DF--Yep, pretty to see, not so much to drive home in. It was brutal.

Thanks for the kind words about DS everyone. He was bouncing off the walls. They have not been outside for playtime at school for sometime due to the cold. I finally put him in his snowsuit a little before 5, he stayed out for about 45 minutes, we came in, he had a quick shower, and dinner, and was asleep on the couch by 7:15 hee hee hee. Tucker 'em out!!!

It went into the deep freeze after the snow stopped. It is exactly zero degrees right now with no wind chill.
