It's A Prank...A 21st Birthday Celebration Updated 4/2

It Must Be Nice To Have Washington On Your Side

Onto China we went. KC wanted the tipsy ducks in love because it was more alcoholic coffee while Alicia also jumped on the china bandwagon and got a Canto Loopy. The line at the Joy of Tea was out of control, it took forever and the wind was just picking up. However I would take the wind with the sunshine instead of the rainy gloomy day we were suppose to have.

Tipsy Ducks in Love - with Bourbon Whisky, coffee, black tea, cream and chocolate syrup
KC's review - it was good but it was more coffee without creamer. He enjoyed the viking coffee a lot more.

Canto Loopy - with Vodka and Cantaloupe Juice

33002670315_36a848b878.jpg

Cantaloupe isn’t my favorite fruit but I will say this surprised me with how good it was

33002669545_31e174d506.jpg

Onto Germany, while I normally only express my native genes today I was embracing my german blood with some grapefruit beer.

33002669725_26b74d3f7d.jpg

Pa was feeling left out by this point so he joined in and grabbed a beer as well.

Although I don’t know why, we walked through the train area when KC and I pointed out a familiar character in the molding. Although we knew it wasn’t planned to be there we still called it a hidden Baymax.

33002663345_81be727bd5.jpg

Then it was onto Italy. We gave Ma this pavilion because she is the biggest wino in our family. So you would think wine…no she went with beer, Moretti Lager, and “it was beer”

32961107546_60876ab6b3.jpg

Since everyone had a drink at this point we decided to just hang out in Italy before moving forward.

We officially made it to the middle of the showcase, good ole america!
And I made everyone hold their bladders until we made it here because this pavilion has the cleanest and nicest restrooms on all of Disney property. You’re welcome
While Pa got in line for another beer us children got into the crossing the Delaware picture op.
The photo pass CM was literally loving life and making us multiple posses for each group.
We had a little bit of Titanic, floating lanterns, and selfie taking

But if you really know me being fetchingly draped is something that I can’t possibly pass up on

“It must be nice to have Washington on your side”

32620754850_ab1f34a37a.jpg

After we found Ma and Pa, Pa was enjoying a Founders Porter (because there are not many beers they he doesn’t like), Ma was not enjoying it at all.

With the love Alicia has for Japan we decided to give her this pavilion. She complained how she doesn't like sake and didn’t want to drink here. So I took one for the team but it wasn’t bad because I like plum wine.

32877737971_59b76ceaa6.jpg

And unlike any other pavilion we went to today we actually stopped to look around. Mainly because of Alicia, you can take the girl out of Japan but you can’t take the kawaii out of her.

Love the hidden Baymax! Totally looks like him! ::yes::

We also enjoyed the grapefruit beer. :dance3:

What kind of paint do you use on the shoes? Love them!! :thumbsup2

So, we were at Epcot for the first day of the Arts Festival and I was soooo not prepared! I knew some of the food offerings, which I didn't even get anything. I did see a lot of the photo ops but totally missed the paint by number and I was so extremely bummed. The first time I saw it was actually on your IG. It's so cool!

mmMMmm school bread. What I would do to be eating one right now.

We got the grapefruit beer too...it was so yummy! Definitely wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did.

we were there the same time you were!
I agree, it was crazy packed! :sad2:
whatever happened to January crowds?!

That grapefruit beer is so popular there but I understand why!
I use just your basic acrylic paint

I feel as though I was unaware when I was there. I wish I tried some of the food because there was so much for the festival. I love the idea of the mural it was so fun.

Did Someone Say Free Churro?

We were forever stuck in the Japan shops because Alicia had no plans on leaving anytime soon. But after a while we were able to get the group back together and head back out into the showcase.
Up next Morocco, this was one of the ones that no one jumped on to have there for Garrett decided to take it. And once he took it KC decided to join in as well. When they went searching for the alcohol Alicia led me to the museum that I have never been in before…she only went in there because she said hardly no one goes in and their are outlets to charge your phone.

33042255785_264fbd3a57.jpg

Our family thought we left them behind so when we headed back outside we found a sleepy pa and two boys enjoying what looked like a plain blue raspberry slushy

32660146050_06fedaf70f.jpg

But what it really was, was a Royal Blue Slushie - vodka, coconut rum and blue raspberry. Put coconut rum in it and Sam will drink it. If you can get passed the blue mouth you’re left with its pretty good.

33000503916_604ebfcc14.jpg

The next stop was the best stop of all, it was so good that both Alicia and Ma jumped on my bandwagon. The Grey Goose slush is all one needs. Alicia and I went with the citrus while Ma went with the orange slush

32886384552_b6e07dea37.jpg

I tried the orange slush and almost gaged on it because it’s basically a cremesicle. So if you like those this is for you, I personally dislike them a lot.

32886392612_5902cd87b1.jpg

At this time the wind was getting stronger and stronger, we lost the boys to the entertainment in France. So we hung out and watched the guy balance on stacked chairs that I thought would crumble from the wind. Luckily it did not and we were off to the UK.
Pa was finishing the showcase with the UK and Canada because he is the beer man. However Garrett and KC were all about getting a drink at basically every stop. KC and Garrett got the Bass ale in the UK while Pa went with the Harp Lager.

33000502336_5ac15b5bc2.jpg

The UK was just a passing through pavilion and then we could finally finish at Canada. That was probably the saddest way to end it…welcome to canada heres a beer.

33042259885_19b1a22803.jpg

Pa didn’t have a say, his children decided that it would be best if he got his native land.

32660154490_d2cb624465.jpg

33000509646_aeb6b17f36.jpg

Thanks Canada DVC booth for having the best brother bear photo op, sorry nice CM I’m currently not interested in buying into DVC.

32660148710_8b1f59e540.jpg

With the world showcase officially done I wanted to head back to future world for a free churro! A FREE Churro?! That’s what we got for completing the drinking mission. And by that we keep Alicia around for a reason…for all her connections. This year in the CM holiday booklet they not only got coupons for free popcorn, the coupon also included pretzel, pop, or a churro! Hi yes I would love a churro!
The search for a stand was on, both Alicia and I swore they were located out in front of the land pavilion. That was not the case and we were very upset when we walked all that way to find out that they were at a stand outside of mission space.

33000503256_1aea3c1c80.jpg

So we saddled up our troops and headed across to the other side. By the time we hit the middle it started raining. Just our luck, this was however a perfect time to browse around Mouse gears.

32886390392_2e8a41b15f.jpg

33042266445_8ef2742007.jpg

Alicia ended up picking up the nightmare before christmas records and Garrett decided he needed a pull string bag for his stuff. This is when all of us siblings looked at the bag he picked out and went “ohhhhh…..you’re getting the randy bag. awkward”
By the time we got out of Mouse gears the downpour passed and the sun was back out and shining. And to make it even better we found our churros and it had become the best day ever!

33042260855_7e75ea09ca.jpg

When we went in search of our churros the rents headed back to the showcase because we were planning on getting in line for the disney on broadway show. Pa wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to sit and relax so they decided they would hop in line and wait.
We headed back shortly after but stopped to try the special festival of the arts drink. (But also can we talk about how as I was looking up what the drink was called I found out that I missed out on the special gingerbread funnel cake and I am so bummed!)
The boys ended up getting the Popping Bubbles Cocktail and bought me one in the process. I love bursting bobas so I had some high expectations for this drink that was made up of bursting boba and champagne. Overall I feel as though the drink could have been 100% better if it was colder. Warm champagne is not my cup of tea but the cranberry bobas did make it better.

I was looking at the pictures with the slushes and trying to figure out what friend you brought and realized it was Ma. I seriously thought it was one of your friends

Watch Out For That Tornado

We found Ma waiting in line without our father. He was sitting somewhere in the American Pavilion so my mother went to find him. By this time they were letting us in and we found the rents waiting at the entrance to meet up with us.

33079193145_3f96369d06.jpg

We were let in super early, so we had a while to wait. Pa wasn’t feeling good at all so he decided that he would just head back to the room and call it a night. We were all worried of course because last family vacation he did the same thing and it didn’t end nice. Ma kept saying how she tried stopping him from drinking and that he has to realize with his diabetes that he can’t try to keep up with his kids even if he wants too.
While we all waited for the call that he got back safely, the sky opened up again and every poor person not lucky enough to sit under the shelter were soaked without any warning.

32923097052_9952990227.jpg

We waited forever and ever for the show to start and soon it was time.
The main reason I was excited for this show and why it was on my must do was because it reminded me of our first Disney cruise. They had 5 of the Disney broadway stars perform and I was obsessed but we weren’t allowed to record or take pictures. This was different you could take as many pictures and videos as you wanted. Plus the 2 performing where the reason I became obsessed with the Aladdin musical song A Million Miles Away.
Tonight it was Ashley Brown (Mary Poppins) and Josh Strickland (Tarzan)
They started the show off with Beauty and the Beast
Ashley Brown sang A Change In Me, since she was Belle on broadway

33037086596_bcd759f058.jpg

Then together they sang She’s In Love from The Little Mermaid. Josh found the cutest little girl in the audience who was just dancing around without a care in the world.
Josh Strickland then took over with Strangers Like Me from Tarzan

32951930781_2a9f1a00b0.jpg

Ashley Brown then sang Supercali from Mary Poppins. She did the spelling and choreography and spotted two girls in the audience doing it as well and brought them up to the stage with them. My mother tried to push me to go up as well but I was too busy trying to record her singing to be bothered.
Since the show was to showcase disney music on broadway they of course had to finish the set off with the next Disney show to come to broadway, Frozen. And if I told you they sang Love is An Open Door would you believe me? No because the only song that gets recognition from that movie is Let It Go. But if I’m honest Josh Strickland crushed the song.

32922702292_a2059fbbca.jpg

After the show Ma once again bailed on us for dinner and decided to head back to the room to check on Pa. Made sense.
Us children however headed to our reservation at Teppan Edo, or what we call it Tapping Eddy.
We were the last ones at our table…casual. The last time I was here will forever be sketched into my memory. Alicia and I came here back when I was doing the DCP, we got caught in a downpour and were completely soaked when we got there. To this day we still talk about how our pockets were completely filled with water.
When looking at the menu Asakusa jumped out at me. I’ve been there in real life! Remember that time I went to Japan, yeah that was one of the best moments in my lifetime.

32233191774_d8bc0e5328.jpg

One thing they added to the meal was a salad.
I must say I was pretty proud of myself with how well I’m mastering chopsticks. But I guess if you go to Japan its a thing you must master or at least fake it till you make it.

33037087646_110bd7cb04.jpg

33078813975_de0f90de12.jpg

I don’t know what my favorite part of this meal is, the noodles or the steak in the yum yum sauce. What I do know is that this place is one of my favorite places on Disney property. Although its on the pricier side its so worth it.

32922704402_3217ccdfae.jpg

Tonight KC was going big. He decided along with his filet he was going to do a $50 add on of Wagyu Steak - 3 oz thin sliced sukiyaki style. When the chef pulled it out I thought it was a joke. It looked like a piece of deli meat that cost an outrageous price.

33078815205_96f506d994.jpg

33037089256_073056fe65.jpg

KC was impressed from the very first bite. He was such a kind brother that he gave me a piece and it was amazing! Would I pay the price for that though? Probably not.
Before we left Teppan Edo Alicia reminisced on her Japan life with the CMs there because they all noticed her tokyo disney shirt and her chandu bag. They were squealing over the chandu…but I mean who wouldn’t he is adorable.
By the time we got out of dinner it was about 8ish, the park was still open for another hour but it was practically dead. The rain seemed to kill down the crowds. By this time it was only drizzling but for some reason I decided it would probably be a good idea to put on my poncho. And good thing for that instinct because it just came down, and came down hard. Like in all my time getting stuck in Disney storms this was one of the craziest. By the time we got to the international gateway we were flooded up to our ankles.

33078818675_8bc54aab0b.jpg

While the other 3 tried saving electronics and taking off their shoes I took the time to play out in the rain.

33078816645_eb269fa1b1.jpg

Next thing I know we were all running to the boardwalk, jumping in every puddle we could find, which wasn’t hard with all the flooding. The rain was the rain that blew in your face so you couldn't open your eyes and see where you were walking.
It was funny to see those who ran from shelter to shelter to try and stay dry and then us who looked like we jumped into a pool.
We made it to the boardwalk safely and weren’t looking forward to dripping all the way to our room. So sorry we aren’t classy boardwalk.

32922705202_cfe5ef05cc.jpg

33078816435_3dabb94366.jpg

Like any mother would, she was so thankful we got back safely and goes “did you know there is a tornado warning” With how strong the wind was we weren’t surprised. But we lived through it. And once we were all safe ma goes “Ok kids get together so I can take a picture”

32951995911_b5fff06e21.jpg

Since we got back to the room earlier than planned that gave us the perfect option of going to the lounge to see what sort of desserts were out and we ended our night with “free” junk food and alcohol, thanks club level!

Love your trip reports! I'm not sure if I should be a little horrified or give your family mad props for your food carrying capabilities! Nuggets on Splash and tacos from out of town!

I think you may have persuaded me to drink around the world - some of the drinks looks delicious! ::yes::
Yes! Honestly I had no need or plan to ever do it but it was great!

Club level can be worth it if you plan to be at the resort a lot. There are certain hours that things are out and if you plan to spend most of your time at the parks I wouldn't suggest spending the money.

Thank you. Going to Disney growing up my parents would bring backpacks filled with food like PBJ, crackers, snacks, ect so we wouldn't waste money on park food. So carry around 4 nuggets is a piece of cake for me!

Reunited With Cast Connections

Although we were official done with our park days that still didn’t stop Alicia from waking me up early. NO SLEEPING IN DISNEY! Did I approve of the 5:30am wake up call? Not at all. But because of the horrible storm last night Alicia decided to sleep at the resort instead of going home like she original planned. So this morning she had the joy of waking up and going to work nice and early. But why did she wake me up? So I could walk her to her car. The idea of putting my contacts in was definitely a no because I knew I would jump right back in bed after and I didn’t bring my glasses this trip so Sam was walking blind.

33087547836_a20cbd4627.jpg

I never realized how bad my eyes were until this morning, like wow real cute Sam. We also woke up KC because Sam wasn’t walking around the boardwalk blind.
But as soon as we got back I hit the pillow and was down for the count until 8:30. I couldn’t sleep the day away because I needed to hit up the club level lounge for some breakfast.

My go to breakfast every morning was oatmeal and a croissant with strawberry jam

32283873594_89dd40a3d3.jpg

32283877494_31b5bc17c4.jpg

Today was the laziest morning ever. The weather dropped drastically, Pa was sick and stuck in bed all day, and Alicia was stuck at work. So we stayed in the room and watched TV all morning.
Around 9:30 Alicia texted me saying she got her ER (early release) but before coming back to the resort she was going to stop home and went to the store to get Pa medicine.
She ended up coming back to the resort around 11 and we headed right back to the lounge because why not get some more food?

33087559936_4feab1bc70.jpg

32283886984_149e241cae.jpg

And while I ate all the home made chips (literally ate the whole bowl) we watched Big Hero 6

32746647540_bf77d97956.jpg

33087562556_84d4a2574f.jpg

And like every good sister would do I randomly asked Alicia if she would take me to cast connection. We didn’t have anything planned to do so why not?! She agreed so we all hopped into her car and off we went. We left Pa back in room to sleep.
Cast Connection is literally the best store and if you know a CM you can be one of the lucky ones to go to it. It use to be located nicely behind the MK in the back of the MK CM parking lot but then they moved it to no mans land. Literally I had no clue where we were…somewhere behind Coronado Springs.
I literally spent so much time here (but mostly property control, which only CMs can get into it) on my DCP and it was good to be back.

32972557682_279cca82a8.jpg

Why is Cast Connection such a wonderful place? Because its where all the “old” merchandise goes when they put new merchandise out in the parks, and its all discounted. Since it was January there was a HUGE section of 2016 stuff. They have a halloween section, christmas section, mens / women/ children appeal, vera bradley/ dooney and bourkes, toys, household, ect. Then in a different room they have old resort furniture which is great if you need stuff for an apartment.

33087565036_938a9fd2da.jpg

I basically got lost in the store and picked up WAY to much. But once finding everyone I did put back a few things because my mother gave me that look. But overall I believe I got some good steals.
The first thing I found was in the twenty eight and main

32756961330_7186a68298.jpg

I’m a sucker for Carousel of Progress so if any merchandise has something about it I will buy it. I believe this was originally $40ish
Tomorrow is just a dream a way

32982924052_ebbe56d84c.jpg

I also got a blue spring type jacket that has Walt Disney World embroidered from the twenty eight and main line, originally $65 I believe

33098155516_8a87e65c90.jpg

I saw the Kingdom Couture castle kimono that I wasn’t originally planning on getting until Alicia pointed out how much the mark down price was. Originally $130 marked down to $18.99, thats the biggest steal of the day!

32294202724_29e227c394.jpg

I picked up a halloween, boo to you, mug that was only $4 but put it back because my mother told me I have to many mugs.
While we were in the check out line I found a 2016 rain jacket that folds up into a pouch that was originally $45.

33012491871_1b653faaf5.jpg

Overall if I were to buy all this at the original park price I would have paid over $280 and I paid ended up paying $62.
So my advice would be to befriend a CM and have them take you to Cast Connection because it’s the best place to get “cheap” disney merchandise.

SO Lucky! I would die to get into cast connections!
I spend 2 hours at the vine Disney character warehouse outlet, i can only imagine how many hours i would spend at cast connections. :rolleyes1

love your reports! All that talk of shopping led me to the online disney store and finally getting the vera bradley tote (on sale!) that I've wanted for a while...so, thanks...?

*returns to lurking*

The Arts festival looks like a lot of fun! I love that mural idea, I bet it was really awesome when it was all finished.

Y'all definitely mastered drinking around the world!!!

Its bad because its so big and you don't want to miss anything. I probably walked around a good 3 times just to make sure things didn't jump out at me.

Thank you! I guess I will take credit, treat yourself! I hope you enjoy that new tote!

I wish I saw it all finished but it was not quite there when we passed by the last time.

Aloha Cousin

With all our shopping we decided to head back to the resort and check on Pa before we head off to dinner.
Home sweet home

32313489483_23ed544ce2.jpg

Before we headed to the room we decided to browse the gift shop because Alicia still had her CM holiday 40% off merchandise and apparently I wasn’t done spending the money I don’t have.
Although I have no reason for a notebook the new VHS memo books are pretty cute

32795718880_22a99a669f.jpg

We checked in with Pa who was looking better than the night before but was still not up to do anything but lay in bed. My mother surprised us all when she said she was leaving him behind and would be going to dinner with us tonight.
Instead of taking Alicia’s car we decided to just take a bus to MK and go from there.
Tonight we had planned on doing the monorail crawl but we had a change in plans when Alicia asked if her friend D could come over with her baby. Babies win over drinking any day for me so we left early for dinner because the boys still wanted to complete the monorail crawl.
So first stop, the contemporary. In my original plans I wanted to go to the california grill lounge to see the nice views but that didn’t open until 5:30. So instead they went to the outer rim which was dead.

32362769543_7b67acd9a6.jpg

KC got Mascow mule and Garrett got the Magical Star Cocktail

32362752883_d402e96bae.jpg

And while they were having a good time I watched Suite Life of Zack and Cody because they only play the best of the best at the outer rim.
Then it off to the Polynesian! So back to the monorail we went. As we were passing wilderness lodge I pointed out the new cabins to Ma because she is already obsessed and wants to stay in one. She says who needs a bungalow when you could stay in a cabin. Lets all remember this when they are finished and the price is too much for her liking but she said we could stay in one.

32362754933_5e985f7f3e.jpg

Tonight we were having dinner at Ohana how I was able to get a reservation so close to our trip, who knows but I’m not complaining.

33178032665_03642eece7.jpg

While we waited in line to check we saw the Disney sing along opening showing down below in the children section. Those sing a longs were a thing that we lived on growing up, we had so many, but the most popular one was definitely the disneyland one because we owned 3 VHS because we watched it that much.
Then we were just taking in the lobby, how we actually miss the old lobby, but then somehow we started talking about the planks that stick out. And from there we said how funny it would be to see someone climb out and just sit there, plank the plank anyone?
Then it was Ohana time, this is a family favorite. Hence why my mother left my for father behind because she loves this place and that doesn’t happen often.
We got seated at a table with a view, if it was wishes time it would be a prime table but it was not wishes time.

We watched the few little fools swimming, it was cold today with some pretty high winds. But I understand you paid a good amount of change you need to swim in that volcano pool.
So first we started off with the delicious pineapple coconut bread that I could eat a loaf by myself and some salad, which Ma was not a fan of the new salad.

And we all had some tropical drinks (joining in on the monorail crawl?!)
I went with the tropical macaw because its my personal favorite at the poly, Ma followed in my footsteps and got the same thing because I told her she wouldn't regret it. KC got the backscratcher after I told him he got a real back scratcher with it. And Garrett well he went with the classiest tropical drink of them all, the Lapu lapu because who doesn’t want to drink out of a pineapple?!

Finally my favorite part of the ohana meal came out. The appetizers if thats what you would like to call them. THOSE NOODLES AND POTSTICKERS ARE MY FAVORITE!

Ohana CM Mike that you for not judging the fatty I was tonight. I asked him if we could get the salad tongs because they worked better then the little tongs for the noodles. Then when he asked if we wanted more apps I was way to quick to answer, but really bring on those pot stickers.
While everyone comes for the endless meats thats actually not my favorite part, unless its the steak then feel free to leave me a plate full. The funniest part of our dinner was when Ma got stuck with a chewy piece of steak and literally pulled it out of her mouth, I know see where I get my classiness from.
Alicia is the opposite from me with the steak and is OBSESSED with the chicken. At one point they got rid of the chicken but brought it back and Alicia was not expecting it, she was over the moon.

I remember the first time I ever went to Ohana the bread pudding dessert sounded awful to me. Little old me was naive and this is one of my favorite desserts. I almost asked for a second one but decided better not.

When ohana gets you good though

Dinner though was great, we were stuffed to the brim and tried hobbling back to MK to catch a bus back to the Boardwalk.
The monorail pub crawl didn’t get finished, we bypassed the Gflo. But we did see one lucky bride riding in the carriage.

By the time we got to the bus stop, the temperature was dropping and that wind was a blowing. All I wanted was the bus to come. We waited a little bit but a bus came to the rescue and we were back at the boardwalk.
Although we already ate that didn’t stop us from checking out the dinner options at the club level lounge, its actually just a magnetic pull that draws us too it because it was basically right outside our door.

A Baby And Pianos

33178048985_b5170f3b26.jpg

Once we got back to the resort I had a solid 15 minute nap, but honestly I will take any nap I can take. It didn’t last long because Alish woke me up because her friend D was on her way over. So we headed down to the lobby to get her.
Her little nugget Raylan though. He was a precious little thing. Right when she got there she goes “Sam my parents saw you at the Contemporary the other day, she asked me if you were in town with 2 boys” Apparently her dad was confused as to how she could point me out in the crowd since the last time and only time I ever met them was when I went to their home for Thanksgiving 2 years ago during my DCP. Overall her family is great.
On the way to the room D asked who was on this trip, she knew it was a “family” trip and she wasn’t sure how to feel about the one she shares the same name with, good for her that couple stayed home this trip.
Right when she walked into the room she goes “Hi I’m Danielle, I’m Alicia and Sam’s friend” (because clearly Alicia and I share friends, and if we don’t approve of someone… bye)
D met KC once but she was most excited to meet chief ken, although he was sort of dying in bed.
D is probably one of the funniest people I know, she is a very blunt person and not afraid to say what she feels. And honestly I could listen to hers and Alicia’s entertainment stories all day long.
But the best thing of all was Raylan. I LOVE BABIES! But the fact that Alicia loves this baby is life changing, she is in no way a baby person.

We all just sat around passing the baby and waiting for 8 o'clock to strike. We needed to get our boarding passes and because at 8 the desserts come out at the lounge and I need to indulge in about 10 sugar cookies.
Once we got our boarding passes we were headed right out the door to grab some snacks

We each grabbed 2 plates each full of snacks and headed back to the room. Where the 2 BFFs gabbed while the rents took over the baby.

Honestly my parents are baby hogs and all they want is to be grandparents. And to make it even better they tell me I’m there only hope for that because the older 2 aren’t baby people.

At 9 D headed home, so Alicia and I walked her and Raylan to her car. Before she left she told me the next time I plan to come down that I need to stay longer, I’ll make sure of that.

It was our last night in florida and it was only 9 but I was ready to sleep. KC and Garrett however would not allow this, I told them we could do Jellyrolls and they weren’t taking no for an answer. So us children decided to head down to the boardwalk and check out Jellyrolls.

I could probably sit in there all night and listen to the dueling pianos. I just don’t understand how they just know every song like its a piece of cake. We had some Beatles, Johny Cash, The Lumineers, Queen, Metallica ect. First off congrats on being able to play the piano and sing, but the talent to have so many songs in your head, like thats crazy. When they played Would You Like To Swing On A Star, Alicia and I lost it. I broke the rules and snapchated a video to my friend because she danced to the song and she lost her tap shoe…shuffled right out of it.
Also Jellyrolls is great for people watching. The table near us had a huge stuffed animal that they were throwing around. But the best thing I saw all night was a lady trying her best to dance on the stage and hang out with one of the piano players. He allowed a picture but then it was “get off the stage” She was definitely the best entertainment of the night.
Overall Jellyrolls was a win in our book and I would definitely come back again. It was just super nice that we were staying at the boardwalk so we could just walk back to our room afterwards and not figure out transportation.
