It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

When we checked in at ASMov I asked the CM about taxis to transfer us and our bags to WL. He said that if that's what we wanted to do then no probs but he thught we'd be better arranging for baggage services to transfer our bags for us and just get the bus to MK and then the boat over to WL. We did this and it was fantastic, the bags didn't arrive til around 4:30pm but this wasn't a prob we were very happy with the service:thumbsup2 .

Oh wow thank you for that information!!! That would be great if we didn't have to pay for a cab. I am really starting to feel as if some CM's are GREAT and know so much about Disney then others are like Newbies or something because they don't know anything. I just wish they would ASK someone who knows before they give people answers!!!!

Thank God for the DIS Boards!!!:cool1:

I agree with that. I have had CM's that are so helpful and then others that don't know what they are talking about. When I get those unhelpful types, I just end the call in a friendly way and call back to get another CM. :goodvibes

Only too happy to help:thumbsup2 ...that's what's so fab about Dis there is always someone who knows the answer to your questions.

As in, "Honey I NEED those shoes as a tangible memory of our trip here today."
DED!

Come join us on the Shrinking Tinks thread. The links in my siggie.
Trust her, 2SP, we're a fun crowd!:thumbsup2

And I don't think TK is from MA. I have my suspicions as to where she's "laying low" but totally respect privacy.
Do I not give off that MA vibe?:lmao:

Dude. I'll totally come and pick you up. I LOVE rides in the car.
I may take you up on that. I LOVES me some girlie chattin' in the car.

What? I can't call you TK at Lapu Lapu Fest? And I was totally going to call your DH, DH. And the DS, DS.
Honey, you can call me TK forever, I love it.:goodvibes

You found me. ;)
Thank god, I can tell Marlin to stop looking. He's good at that sort of thing.

Awww. I feel so loved. :lovestruc
You should!
You should! We miss you when you are gone. I was wondering if all was well in Tinkerbellarella Land.
We do miss you, girl.::yes::

Do I not give off that MA vibe?:lmao:
:lmao: I have often wondered where TK the trickster lives but that is not nearly as fascinating to me as her DS' name. I have started compling guesses in my brain. As much as I like writing lists that just sounds stalker-ish.
Hopefully TK will not think I am stalker-ish.

Not at all. As a matter of fact, I find your lists...Disney or otherwise...absolutely fascinating. And would be very, very surpised if you were ever to compile a list that included his name.....

I think I feel a challenge coming on....

;)

By the by, I sooooo thought of you this morning. My first waking thought, as I heard DS leave his room at the ripe ole hour of 5am was...man, I really need to book Artist Point! :lmao:

Okay, obviously I'm dreaming about it, it seems like I may need to make a phone call this weekend.

I also thought about crunching some numbers...may I ask you, how much more do you pay per person for deluxe dining? Just to satisfy my curiousity, of course...in a purely hypothetical I do not need to spend more money kind of way.:thumbsup2

LL is up for the challenge!! I told DF one of my guesses and he looked at me like I was crazy. :rotfl2:

Hehehe, I feel so special. When we upgraded to deluxe we had to pay the difference from free dining which is a $37.99 value per person per day. Deluxe dining is $69.99 per person per day. Thus, the LL household is paying $32 per person per day for the deluxe dining plan. I probably explained that in way too much detail but better more than less. With the amount of signature restaurants we are going too plus the fact that it does include the appetizers it was worth it for us. A lot of the stuff I am looking forward too are appetizers! :hyper: We are doing the free dining while we stay at Wilderness Lodge. We are paying $256 to eat at Cinderella's Royal Table, Brown Derby, Artist Point, Coral Reef, Crystal Palace, Rose & Crown and Les Chefs des France. Plus some counter service lunches. That's approx. $36 per meal for the two of us. Wow. That goes down when you figure in the CS and snacks. I think it's well worth it for what we have planned. Woah, I just went into list mode there with the restaurants. Also justifying the plans again in my head. So there. I am going to finish now. :rolleyes1

Actually, thank you for the concise explanation. Truthfully, it's never too much detail for me. And knowing that, and the fact that I really only want to do two signatures on this trip, I feel confident that plan would not be a good choice for us. I'm actually thinking about booking Artist Point and possibly paying for the Brown Derby out of pocket. The Derby at lunch is reasonably priced. I'm not sure if I'm ready to commit myself to this decision, however. I almost want to wing it...I know :::gasp:::...because I am happy with my ADRs as they stand. If we get down there and can get in at Artist Point one night, fantastic, if not...there's next year...we'll see how much I think about it over the weekend, though.;)

So, will TK give us any hints about DS' name -- as in country of origin???
I think if I revealed that it would be too easy to guess it. However, if you read more about me and MY DH you might be able to hazard a guess as to its origins.:thumbsup2

I think if you are dreaming about it, you should at least book it. Decide there or after I give you my review. ::yes::

Ooh Ooh ME ME ME ! I think I know the origin. :hyper:

I can neither confirm nor deny the presence of that particular origin in DS name.:confused3 ::yes:: :confused3 ::yes:: :confused3 ::yes:: :confused3

You are just mean! I have dug out the baby name book, I am bound and determined.

*Side Note* I love this baby name book because it has a bunch of lists...and they have...a Disney name list. :lovestruc

What kind of boy names are on the Disney list??? I can think of lots of girl names inspired by the movies, but somehow Quasimodo and Tarzan don't seem to be good choices for a child that will one day have to enter kindergarten.

As am I. Is it yes, it is no, is she just playing with our minds?

The mother who names her child Nemo is just plain mean...just saying...poor kid could never play hide n' seek.

Or the workforce! :lmao:
Poor Nemo Smith, Tarzan Garibaldi, and Quasimodo Cagle -- life dealt them a cruel hand. :sad2: :lmao:

Gotta give a little to get a little. ::yes::

Alright, I'll give, but this is absolutely it. And I will not reveal on public boards, dagnabit. I'll PM you! With a possible affirmation. If I'm feeling fancy.

DS name is from a baby book of famous people. It included authors, musicians, famous people throughout history, in addition to celebrities, etc.

Hehehe. They even have Auto Racing names, Bull Riders, Grocery Clerks, , CEO's, Skydivers, Royalty, Wines, Bird Names, they've got everything!
I'm a little frightened of this baby book now.
