It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

Doodlebops are creepy!

My nephew likes them... I don't get it. They creep me and his mom out though!

I can't wait to share pictures and reviews. I am hoping my Trip Report can last until it's time for another PreTrip Report. :rotfl2:

:rotfl: I am going to have to bring the laptop with me to DIS just to check in to your TR! (We are going to have internet for at least 1 day in the room) :)

Have you seen the pictures on allears of the Water Pageant?? They are beautiful!!

I don't think I have...But I am sure it is!

Hehehe. Secretly...shhh don't tell TK, I can't believe that she went to them!! Hehehe. I find it adorable though that she took her son. I am sure my kids will like something equally horrifying....god knows what they will come up with next. I can deal with Blue's Clues, JoJo's Circus or Dora...but no doodlebops.

I know! I was getting sad the other day about being gone from the DIS on the honeymoon and the trip in September. Then it hit me, durrrr, you are going to be on vacation!! Are there places to access the internet if you dont' bring a laptop in WDW?

Whew! Finally caught up. Everyone was really chatty yesterday! I don't even know where to begin chiming in! :rotfl:

Hope you enjoy the movie Friday. I can't beleive how expensive the movies are for you. I work part time at a theater that I thought was pretty expensive, but that one has my theater beat. I'm dying to see Sex in the City myself. Yesterday after work they had the red carpet for the premier set up right outside my office. I just had to stay and watch the stars walk in. Unfortunately I forgot my camera. Kim Catral is just gorgeous. There was something very stately about her. SJP was so tiny! I also loved seeing a much more normal sized Jennifer Hudson. I'll have to sneek in and see the movie this weekend. The free movie passes are the best part of my part time job. It's basiclly why I've been working there for as long as I have.

Very impressed with your lists! My family would definitely flip and revolt if I ever showed them a list like that. I was able to get away with it when traveling with my friend last year, but my parents hate following lists. Of course my brother and I have decieded just not to share the plan with them, and just start following it. They never need to know. :)

I have to say I kind of like the Doodlebops. The music is catchy and the show is tolerable to watch. My days of watching Barney with my older niece where the worst. Luckily the younger one never liked him. That made the rest of the family very happy. My brother never allowed the Wiggles so I've never actually seen that. I'm just greatful that my nieces never watched the show that one of my best friend's son loved - Oobie. Oobie is basically a hand with plastic eyes, and his band of hand friends. Ugh!!! Whenever he does anything he says "Oobie does - you do." Honestly you can feel the brain cells dying out in your head. I can't imagine what kids where supposed to be learning.

Hey, CT isn't too far away if you have a meet up! Depending on where MA isn't too far away for a day trip.;)

I think that each hotel has a business area with wifi, but I am not sure...

That would be awesome if you could make a daytrip to visit us MA'ers!

I can't believe you got to see them. :faint: That is awesome! Everything is expensive in Mass. As the helpful lady at the Registry of Motor Vehicles told me two weeks ago, "This IS Massachusetts, it's expensive." This was after I nearly had a heart attack when she told me it would be $90 to convert my driver's license from Maine to Mass. I still think I got ripped off.

That sounds like a good idea. What they don't know, won't hurt them. Lists/Plans = Happy LL, Happy LL = Happy DF. ::yes::

I have blocked the terror of Oobie!

Woo Hoo! We'll keep you posted.

I wasn't planning on it, but when I got out of work I stopped and looked at the red carpet area and thought why not? I ended up having a good time chatting with all the other women there. Ended up with a pretty good viewing point right at the barriers. I only wish I had brought my camera with me.

Believe me CT is not much better. Luckily I don't live in Fairfield County where the prices are the worst. I'm right over the line into the next county so prices are a bit more reasonable. (Very small bit). It's been getting crazy though as people are getting priced out of Fairfield county and moving up our way. The value of my condo has gone up $125,000 since I bought it less than 8 years ago. I'd never be able to buy a place now.

Scariest kids show I ever saw. My nieces have discovered the classic cartoon network "Boomerang". I don't mind spending the afternoon with them watching that stuff - Hong, Kong, Phoey, Yogi Bear, The Flintstones - it's great. Unfortunately my cable network doesn't get it. They also are hooked on Spongebob. I just don't get the attraction, but they adore it. Go figure.

Pssst....

It's a public board!!!! Secret's out!!!!!!!

And just for that...heh, heh, heh

Ah, the sweet taste of retribution.

And may I point out ladies, the sad true fact that you will end up watching whatever your children like...because they will not be denied!!!;)

:faint:

That picture is even creepier than the one I posted!!!! :scared1: :scared1:

I know that I will watch whatever my children want....I put that disclaimer in there....but you can be sure that I will be zipping past the doodlebops! ::yes::

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

And may I bless you:

May you never have to watch a program you abhor...like the Wiggles! ;)

Thank you very much. I will take all the help I can get.
I missed all of our cheerful banter today while I was at work. I think you should stay at home and entertain me everyday. :lmao:

Since you're talking about staying at home and chatting all day, I can't resist:

I am officially out for the summer!!! No more school until August!!!

Now I can indulge the stay-at-home mom part of me! :yay:

Okay, that is an awe inspiring list! You do need to add one set in Epcot with my boys, Off Kilter. At least plan to walk by while they are playing!! You won't be sorry.

I am hoping to catch them along with some other performers at Epcot. Do they play at a specific time or are they random times each day?

If I could get paid for that privilege, I'd be in :cloud9:

I am so jealous of the stay-at-home mom part of you! I'm having a rough day.:(

They do have designated times, but I have no idea what they are. I'm sure you'll be able to find it on a times guide, or on the board when you walk past there.

This week they are Wednesday through Sunday starting on the half hour. They may skip a show on different days. You can check Steve Soares sight on Sundays to check.

If only I could pay you!

I think something is going around because I didn't have the greatest of days either. Is it Friday yet?

I'll have to keep my eyes peeled out.

Wouldn't that be awesome?

Wednesday is like Monday to me, since I'm Wed-Sat, so I identify. I just feel blech. I don't know what to do.

I'm sorry :(. Do you have any Merlot left?
As a matter of fact, I'm drinking it. With a handful of M&Ms...not Indy ones, sadly...ah well.
