DF was drooling over the flat screens this weekend. Argh. I am just not into the whole technology that is flat screens.
DF: Can we get a flat screen?
ME: No.
DF: I really want one, can't we get one?
ME: No.

ME: No.
DF: We are getting one next year.
ME: We are going to WDW twice next year.
DF: Okay, we will go twice if I get my tv before we go.
ME: The second trip must be booked before you get said TV.

Well, I should mention that in return for his 42" Samsung DLP I got a 2 carat diamond tennis bracelet, diamond studs and a COACH purse. Christmas 2006 was a banner one in the Tinkerbellarella household. Plus, he moved in last June so I get the benefit of the TV now. For the record, he doesn't use the bracelet, the earrings or the purse, though.

I think this year we're going to combine birthdays (both of ours are in October) and Christmas and go on a cruise to the Western Caribbean.

And with that, I'm moving on to catch up with other subscriptions I'm 462 days behind on so that I don't get kicked off the DIS for lewd and lacivious conduct.

I am super excited for our cruise. My parents are actually on the same cruise from Boston to Bermuda to this week, so they will be able to give us the low down when they get back.

Actually, I feel the same way about my mom. And although I know she'll miss me, I'm sure that being in DisneyWorld certainly softens the blow.

My mom and I are the same way -- we even call each other when we are on vacation -- last year she called me at WDW and asked what we were doing, and it was pure bliss to say, "I am sitting in Adventureland eating a Dole Whip."
