I have my air on today, it is 90 degrees out here in the "frozen north". Weren't we just talking about how cold it is in Minnesota? :sunny:

Here in the supposed "upper south/lower midwest", we're just now getting back to the 70's, after what seems like weeks in the 50's and clouds. It's supposed to finally get somewhat warm here this weekend with highs in the 80's.

But I'll be having the last laugh in December, when it's 45 here and it's around -10 there! ;)

Well don't keep it!!! Send some our way!!! We are freezing. I changed from my dark colored winter parker to by light colored summer one!

It's been in the 90s here for the last week or so and will be for several more months. Of course, I'm in the South so it's expected. :crazy2:

I wish I had a vacation home up North. I think I'll get one when I win the lottery. :teeth:

You can have some of our heat. It's getting hot and humid down here. Glad I'm heading north for a few weeks!

Wow, we're only at 85 down here!!! How unusual for it to be warmer where you are! Of course when it's warm, it always has to be WINDY too.

No way, Jose'

I bet the thermometer is sitting in the sun and you are getting a false reading.

Officially got to 86 at MSP airport, so I bet parts of the area got into the 90s. This wasn't supposed to get here for a few more days; I sure hope we don't still add another 10-15 degrees onto today's like they had been predicting! :scared1:

We had 3 inches of snow today.

:sad2:

Not sure where you think I am but you can't get much farther south of me unless you are in Iowa. I am in SW MN, we are usually warmer then the Twin Cities. Our official high yesterday was 91°. We are supposed to be in the 90's all weekend too. Today is only going to be in the mid-upper 70's which is perfect for this time of year.

Just patiently waiting for you to send it this way! We should have it by the weekend. Rumor has it, Monday (Memorial Day) will be in the mid-80's, and that so means it will probably be hotter.

:cheer2: :cheer2:

You don't know how many Memorial Day parades have been cold/raw in these parts.

I was thinking you were north of me, my mistake! That 85 was slightly shocking to the system yesterday, but sure beats the chill we've had this month. Were you guys horribly windy last night??

We are always windy :rotfl2: . Seriously, we have at least a 10 mph wind almost all the time. We had a lot of wind until about 7:00 and then some around midnight. Today they are saying 40 mph sustained winds with gusts in the 60-70 mph range. That could be interesting. Right now it is a comfortable 65 but with 75% humidity, it won't feel that nice for long.

It's already 70 here, with moderate winds. We had nasty winds last night, we finally closed the windows about 2:30 because they wouldn't die down and the blinds were slamming around, and things were blowing off of shelves in our bedroom. Most irritating! We always have at least some wind here too, it's never calm for more than 5 minutes at 6 am.
