We are planning a trip for 9 adults and 3 kids (5, 3, and 1) in December. I was really looking forward to doing lots of Christmas activities and trying restaurants, but I am not sure if my plan is too much. I want to share it with the others in my group before our 180 days come in case they want something different. I am hardly a Disney expert, so I was curious what you think? Did I plan too much? I can easily get carried away with over planning so I was trying to avoid that:

Saturday-
AM- MK
PM- WL/FW for Dinner at WC and Sleigh Rides through FW

Sunday-
AM- RD HS
Afternoon- Nap
PM- 1900 Park Fare at 4pm Followed by MVMCP

Monday-
AM (Late Start)-MK – around 11 or 12 BBB; once done head to Epcot (suggest others do Cape May Breakfast while we do BBB)
PM- Epcot- Dinner at Akershus (6ish)

Tuesday-
AM- AK
PM- Date Night (Candle Light Processional Dinner)

Wednesday-
Universal for the day

Thursday-
AM- DS with lunch at T-Rex
PM- HS- Dinner at SciFi Café and either Fantasmic or Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam

Friday-
AM- Bon Voyage Breakfast, Boardwalk area, Epcot
PM- Dinner at Biergarten

Saturday-
AM- Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare/MK
PM-MK

Thanks so much for all your help!

I think your plans are great. Where are you staying?
On Monday - Depending on where you are staying - I agree with not everyone going to MK just to do BBB and then back to EPCOT. Cape May is a great breakfast.
You have great restaurants. We love WCC, Akershus and 1900 PF.

I think it looks awesome! Can I come? ;)

Seriously, and I know it's relative, but that's nowhere near "too much" in my book. You actually have late starts and nap times. My plans always involve rope drop to park close every single day! I think you're being considerate with this one. You did say you have 9 adults though, so you may consider that some time should be split up. I see you have a date night there, so I assume that is just you and your date, so that's great.

Thank you!! We are staying in all star music. I think dd would be a little disappointed not doing bbb at the castle. I would have to sell her (and myself lol) on that.

Thanks! I can definitely jam in more but dh and my mil may hate me lol Not everyone is staying the entire too so that should break things up!

And feel free to join! The more the merrier! :)

Thanks for your feedback!

Oh I agree - our DDs did it in the castle too - so special - I just meant since you have a lot of people in your party not everyone needs to go to MK and then to EPCOT. You can meet them at EPCOT. Akershus is a great place to have dinner - especially with her all dressed up. Have fun!

Oh sorry! I'm on the bus and misread (I use my commute time to plan in silence lol). Yes that is the plan! :) I'm really excited about it!

Depending on what your goal is for MVMCP, I'd rethink this one. You can get into the park at 4 pm with your party ticket. If meeting some of the specialty characters is your goal, you'll want to be in the park well before 6 pm to get in line for one of them. Even if characters aren't your thing, you're still missing out on some park time that you've paid extra to do.

If you can do without a TS dinner on party night, I"d skip it. You can get into MK at 4:00 and a lot of party goers will be doing that. We like to do a TS lunch and then snacks or CS dinner on party nights to maximize party time!

Hmmm that's a good point! Thanks! I'll definitely think about this!

Would it be weird to do 1900 park fare for both breakfast and dinner one day?

Not only would I change Sunday's dinner, I would not do HS followed by the party. IMO that is too much. I would do a resort day on Sunday, swimming and resting up for the party later. Then maybe a late TS lunch followed by the party.

Yeah I was afraid of that! Thanks!
