Itinerary Help-Oct

Ill be at the world oct 20-oct 26th. i dont get in until about 9:00pm on wed the 20th. Im planning on doing magic kingdom on thursday along with mnsshp. my question is should i do the following parks on the following days

friday: mgm
sat: ak/ epcot(dinner illuminations?)
sun:universal
monday:epcot

i was just wandering how the food and wine festival would affect these dates. thanks for all your help.
