Has anyone had any luck with a chiropractor? My pelvis is not only rotated, but one side is higher than the other, creating about a ¼" leg length discrepancy. I've gone a couple of times now and I feel a bit better, but I'm wondering if massage would be more beneficial. I didn't have any trouble with my ITB until a couple of weeks ago when I ran 18 miles and last Saturday when I ran 20
Oh, well I guess I should mention the fact that I squatted 125 lbs. the day before I ran 18 and 130 the day before I ran 20...I know that has something to do with my pain as well. I'm taking at least a week (or two...we'll see) off from weight training to see if it helps.
