Italian Bread Pull Aparts
3¾ cups flour
¾ cup water
2 ¼ tsp yeast
½ cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Use dough setting on bread machine and when dough is ready, turn on floured surface. Gently roll or stretch dough into 20 inch rope divide into 16
pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball.
Italian Seasoning
- 6 tsp melted butter
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Roll each piece in melted butter then Italian seasoning mix. Layer coated balls in greased 2½ quart casserole. Cover and let rise in warm place until
doubled (about 30 minutes). Bake 30-35 minutes or until brown.
