Italian Bread Pull Aparts

3¾ cups flour
¾ cup water
2 ¼ tsp yeast
½ cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 egg

Use dough setting on bread machine and when dough is ready, turn on floured surface. Gently roll or stretch dough into 20 inch rope – divide into 16
pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball.

Italian Seasoning
- 6 tsp melted butter
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning

Roll each piece in melted butter then Italian seasoning mix. Layer coated balls in greased 2½ quart casserole. Cover and let rise in warm place until
doubled (about 30 minutes). Bake 30-35 minutes or until brown.
