It was arthritis........

....... not a torn meniscus in my arthroscopy this week. I would have prefered the torn meniscus, that could have been removed and that would be that, so they say. The surgeon scraped the arthritis shreds so my pain will not be as bad, once the surgery pains are gone.

At 50, I feel too young to have symptomatic arthritis.

Oh well, lots of folks have worse problems than this.

Consider yourself lucky, I am 41 and I have had it for the last 17 years. Sorry to hear you are in pain but arthritis is something that appears at any age.
