It say's I am not allowed

I'm not allowed to have a signature..I don't get it, in FAQ, there is nothing on when it say's "you are not allowed a signature" Has this happened to any of you, and how do I fix it?

OK, I am confusing myself, I couldn't get a ticker onto my profile, then I went into my sisters profile to help her, I got 2 tickers for her, I forgot I was in hers and I replied "Cool, thanks" in the "SOOO CONFUSED" thread, but then I went BACK into my profile, tried to do the same thing (Edit Signature) and it said I am not allowed one....SO, this is why I am posting another question. Was that confusing?

You haven't finished your registration process. You can't add a signature until you confirm your registration, and won't be able to post anywhere but on this board.

There is a thread at the top of this forum with instructions on what to do if you are not fully registered. Take a look at that and follow the instructions there.
