We arrived at MCO at around 5:45pm on Wednesday 8/31. The DME CMs with their big hands were easy to spot. Went down to the check in counter, waited maybe 5 minutes. Walked into the line for ASMU, were taken right out to the bus that was about to leave.
The bus was nice and comfortable, but the tvs were broken - bummer! We stopped at POP first. I think the driver might have gotten lost after that, we took a very round about way to the All Stars and it took way too long. I won't blame that on DME, but maybe POP shouldn't be included on the All Star run.
We checked in, dropped our carry ons in our room, and went to the food court. When we returned to our room, our luggage had magically appeared. Very cool.
We didn't use DME for the return as we had a rental car for the weekend.
I would give the service a 9 only because of the POP issue.
