It pays to continue calling

We have 8 nights coming up at disneyworld and 3 of those were at the BWI. We have annual passes so a couple of months ago when the day hit I was on the phone early but the Beach club annual pass rates were completely full so no stormalong bay for us. I have called a dozen times since then and last night out of the blue the CM surprises me and says a room has opened up for annual pass rates so we changed over to the BC. I wonder if someone canceled or they had standard rooms and just wanted to fill it with someone so they discounted additional rooms. That being said, as of late last night may 16-may 19 should have a BWI standard room for AP rates available if anyone wants it.

Congrats, I am hoping for the same thing to happen to me at WL. I think a lot of people call that first few days and book things just so they have them and then as plans change they are released back into the system as people cancel.
