I work only ONE day a week, usually Thursday, and almost every Wednesday night I have trouble falling asleep!! I am WIDE awake and it's 2am!!! LOL Oh well....I'll have to stop for coffee on the way to work in the morning, I have an hour's drive!

I'm here at my desk reading message boards :D

You have a good idea, but my DH wouldn't be able to fall asleep if I was in bed with the light on. I got out of bed after not being able to fall asleep, so I wouldn't wake him up. He has to leave for work earlier than I do, and he needs his sleep!

My husband comes into the room when I am sleeping and turns on the light, but when I am in bed reading and he wants to go to sleep, all lights go off-how unfair huh.

How about writing letters to people you haven't written to you in a while?

Thats a good idea :) I was just thinking of writing (snail mail) to my best friend from high school, today. It's been a while since we've chatted. Thanks for the reminder :sunny:

I know this might sound dumb, but what is snail mail?

Hehehe....snail mail is regular good old mail that you send through the post office! When email became popular, they started calling regular mail "snail mail" because compared to the instant way of sending email, regular mail goes at a "snail's" pace.

By the way, I just typed out a 3-page letter to my friend, and it's all ready to mail to her. Thanks again for the reminder! :D

You're welcome for the reminder, and thanks for explaining what snail mail is to me. I like writing letters and sending them through the post office, it seems more personal and you can add a touch of yourself with the type of stationary you use.
Are you tired yet?

Unfortunately, no :( And I have to get up in 4 hours. I think I'll go back to bed soon anyway.... Been nice "chatting" with you tonight! ::yes::

Same here, if you ever want to chat I'm usually here during this time of the night since it's still fairly early here in Hawaii.
