IT issues with package changes (dropped tickets and park passes)

Just a warning that if you add a park day, verify your group’s park tickets and park passes. It does take several minutes to refresh.

I added an additional day and the rest of my party’s tickets got removed and everyone’s park passes. This was not the case when I added 2 park days a month ago.

The red flag was that there was no resort package change confirmation email (for over an hour). There were no emails that park passes were removed. There are emails for new park passes (hopefully they don’t get doubled and then we get flagged at checkin). IT was dismissive and said ‘it was ok’ and that it can be fixed and it’s ok if you have more park passes (really?). I spent an hour going back and forth fixing things.

Now our park passes are separated (hopefully the overnight refresh will combine them)
