...to have to delete your countdown calendar because your trip to WDW is over, and to add it to your trips completed at the bottom...especially since this was our best trip to WDW ever, MNSSHP was awesome, and DS4 cried when it was time to leave...I wanted to cry right along with him.... ....even DH (aka Grumpy Spouse) had fun, and wasn't grumpy at all the entire time we were there.....best of all the lap top stayed in it's carrying case, and the cell phone usage was kept to a minimum!

I had to laugh at your post--it is so right on. Being without a countdown, sadness at leaving and best of all--poking a little fun at lap-top-and-cell-phone DH. Time to plan the next one, and I hope that one goes as well as the one you just had.

it was even sadder to have to cancel due to MIL's cancer diagnosis (She is not expected to last the weekend). your way sounds much better.

Of course you are right, mickman. I am so sorry about your MIL's prognosis. And sorry that you had to cancel your trip, too. Hoping for better days for you and your family..Best wishes...

I never delete my countdown counter. I just put in the date of the next trip instead. Even if I'm not absolutely sure when the next trip will be, I do an estimate and change the date if I need to. I just can't stand to be without a countdown counter!
