I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all who put so much time and effort into this convention. CC, Marsha, you guys, I am sure have put countless hours and your heart and souls into this. I know it must be heartbreaking for the two of you. For all the people on the committee who also must have put alot of their time into this, thank you. All of what you have done is appreciated, and not in vain.... we all know you tried, and you will still see the fruit of your labor, people coming together and having fun.

To Ray and PatinMN, Barb, all the mini -meet hosts and everyone (yes, even you Kanga )who really worked hard on putting things together , and posting info and getting people excited, thank you.


This is not over guys. there is nothing to feel bad about. You guys did your best and it is all that anyone can ask. THIS WILL BE A GREAT TIME!!!! This will still be the event of the year!!! We still have two great events to attend, and the more of us together in one place the better. Good food, great place, lots of fun!!!

I, for one wil be there with bells on. We have a lot to be grateful for. We can all go afford to go to WDW, even if on a shoestring budget. We can all meet some wonderful old and new friends. We are all kicking and for some of us fighting...

Let's all put are all into making this a great time. I want to get the group together on Sunday. We can still take that group picture, do our ornament exchanges and say our goodbyes. Even if we all meet in the parking lot of the Swan. It is not what we do, but who we are doing it with...(sounds bad, but you guys know what I mean)


Thanks to Pete, for trying to pull this off. No one should expect anyone to put up that much money out of pocket.
