Issues With Room Requests

Hey guys,

Sorry if for some reason this is just my computer/browser not working with MDE properly, but when I go to choose my Room Requests (They are two drop down menus), each drop down menu doesn't have any choices in it.

I'm doing a split stay between AKL and the Poly and wanted to get some requests chosen, but now the options aren't even showing up when I use the pull down menu.

Help! (If help is possible lol)

Definitely my advice to fax - we were really lucky and got our requests at POFQ!

You can call the resort hotline and they can manually add any requests to your reservation. I did it yesterday and it was super easy since MDE wasn't working for me either.

This happened to me several weeks ago. Both drop down menus would only show one option:"near elevator". I just kept trying each day and finally the drop down menu showed all the options.
It continues to amaze me that a multi billion dollar company like Disney can have so many website issues. Please Disney....get it together!!!

Same. I’ve tried numerous times using app and different web browsers. I get the same empty drop down boxes...

Not working for me either. I know it wasn't working a few weeks ago, but I thought I saw some posts that it was working again...and now it isn't.

Same. Mine just showed “select one” in both drop down menus. I had called Disney already to place the request, but since I booked through Orbitz, they said I had to go through MDE or call Orbitz to make the request. With this glitch, I was left calling Orbitz. We’ll see if it shows up.
