Same modifying issues here. This really is not okay.
Yes. Spent an hour and half trying to book our room and it disappeared on me after so many errors. I’m beyond annoyed.
You’d think a billion dollar company can hire and pay google/apple level IT people.

IIRC, a few years ago they dismissed their US-based IT staff and outsourced to a company overseas (India? not sure), after having the former IT staff train their replacements. I think I recall some legal action being filed, but it didn’t go anywhere.My understanding talking to higher level IT at Disney is that they are running a "fancy" front end on an ancient reservation system.
I'm having lots of problems this morning. Will not let me modify a reservation. I was able to at least get the reservation to the modify screen then would get that the rooms were not available even though I was just dropping a day. Now if I even try to select modify on the reservation I get the T-Rex head. Trying to delete another reservation and get the dwarfs when I hit cancel.
They do not. I actually was able to pull up chat and they were able to change the lead guests on my reservations. I did use an incognito window which I usually do anyway.This is annoying. Guess I need to call MS to cancel/modify. Do they not have same issues?

I found that after cleaning out the cache for anything Disney including go.com website then it worked for me.In afternoon, I still cannot see my reservations by clicking on them. I see the list in Dashboard, but if click to view or modify, can’t.

I had the same situation yesterday. Two of my Poly reservations were showing as cash. My other reservations were fine. Member Services had to fix them.Like others, I could not make a new or modify a reservation using one of my memberships. When I tried to modify an existing reservation, it showed up as a "Cash Reservation". It also showed the reservation as booked with "0 Vacation Points" when I try to modify it.
I called Member Services. The first Cast Member I spoke with could not correct it. She brought in the support team who fixed the problem.
Same. Over the last few days, every time I hit modify I get rex or blank calendars on result page.I can’t modify either. Glad I’m not the only one ….
