Issues with iTunes Apps & payment

We have both a VISA and a gift card loaded into our iTunes account. The problem is that our Apps are still going through our VISA, although my DH says he set it up for the gift card. Can anyone help with this?

I don't think we can remove the VISA, as I thought iTunes needed that for security reasons. If not, I will definitely remove it so that we can use our gift card instead of VISA.

Yes, you can remove your credit card from iTunes. I did a few weeks ago, with no problems.

You can certainly remove the credit card. My DD has gotten gift cards for iTunes and she does NOT have a credit card. There has never been a credit card associated with her account at all. She just uses her iTunes gift cards.

Thanks - I guess DH misunderstood. We just got a new iTouch, and he is obsessed with it, so I haven't had time to read everything, and he's already gotten a ton of apps! LOL!
