Issues with Astro Blasters Pictures?

I was in DLR August 2-4 and rode Astro Blasters about 6x. I checked my picture 5 of those times and 3 of them were messed up (i.e. transmission error or the score was incorrect...at least 100,000 points off). Anyone else encounter this problem before? I really wanted the picture where I had 400,000+ points too (a new personal high score)

I think it's time they fix those cameras...what do you guys think?

We just returned home today & YES those scores are messed up!! My BF's son saw his pic with a BIG "0" for the score! There were a few other scores that came out crazy, but his was the worst

Yeah, the last couple times I've gone on that ride, we've gotten the transmission error/no picture at all.

We went in June. DH went with DS, and I went with my brother in the car right behind them. They got a picture (even though my DS is so short you couldn't see his face), but my brother and I didn't have our picture at all. I was bummed. Hopefully when DH and I go back next week we can get a good picture of us (and get some high scores too!!).

Yeah, the last couple times I've gone on that ride, we've gotten the transmission error/no picture at all.

These were our experiences last week as well. Most times no pictures. We emailed one day but they never showed up. Emailed again the next day and the scores were 0 for me, something like 100 for DS.

We went one particular weekend (I think it was maybe October or December 2008), and out of the 5 times we probably rode BLAB, the photo only came out once or twice, I think. So annoying. Most of the time it didn't come out. I don't think I ever even look at the score on the photo, for some reason. I just look to see if the stupid photo came out. I'm not sure if it's the camera itself that is the problem or the transmission from the camera to their computer/database that is the issue. I don't know how much of a priority they would make it to fix the bug in the system because it is free. If the photos were the kind of photos you buy at the end of the ride, you can bet they would probably make sure it was working perfectly.
