Issues linking friend in MDX

I am having a problem linking a specific person in MDX. We have tried multiple times over the span of a few weeks and it keeps happening.

Has anyone ever received this error and had it fixed?

(I have linked with about 8 other people in the time, so for some reason it's just this one)
