Issue with posting photos and editing today

I have been having a lot of trouble attempting to post pictures using the "Upload a File" feature.
When I try to upload a picture, I just get a blank box.

I am also encountering major issues when I try to edit something that has been posted. Hundreds of [/url][/url]....[/url] start appearing.

Other friends who have been using the DIS today are experiencing the same issues.

Any insight about the problem would be appreciated!

Have had the same trouble uploading photo's. Have not had this problem prior to today.

Tried to upload thru photobucket and imbed the image, and nothing. Still broken.

Just tried this morning. Seems to be working. These were files I was having trouble with yesterday.

Are your pictures larger than 1MB? They need to be under that size to post directly.

Yep, at least I'm pretty sure it is - I'm trying to post a screen shot of an excel file, in exactly the same manner that I've done several times on my PTR. I don't think the file size would change; it's on the same computer and everything.

Spoke too soon!!! Photo uploads are not working again today. Even on the same photos I have successfully uploaded. Other friends here are having the same issues.

Yes appears to be an intermittent problem, or at least a hit or miss to upload. I got some uploaded the other day then yesterday could not. This morning uploaded 8 pics to photography, went to add another 7 and they would not load. And yes they are all way under 1mb. So whatever the problem is, still not fixed.

I just tried again, still couldn't upload the usual way (screen cap/paste), used paint to save the image (.png file), and still couldn't upload. Then, I made a copy of it as a JPEG, and it let me upload the file. Anyone else noticing if it's got anything to do with file type?

I think it's more the timing of when you try to post the picture. All my photos are JPEG and I couldn't post a couple of them this morning. And the last 2 days it's been hit or miss whether I could. Prior to that I had no problems downloading any of my photos.

The Daily Report (I was going to call it The Morning Report, but I am a few minutes too late).

Was unable to post a picture early this morning (6-ish), but have made successful attempts a couple of times since then.
