Issue with Band Upgrade

Kyle's wife here, hijacking his account.

For band upgrades, we selected 2, were charged for 1 and were sent 2 gray ones.

They told me I should have received an email for a discount on bands.
Can you please tell me if you received that and what it is?

Sounds like garbage to me.
I paid $10, they are offering me a $30 band (plus tax) for $15 and I have to pay shipping?
They keep my $10 and I give them another $15 plus $7.95 to ship?
Do I understand that correctly?

How close to your travel days did u order the upgraded bands?

Yep they did the same to me except we’re Canadian so it’s a pick up your bands at resort situation. Several emails back and forth and they gave me this number (gee thanks for the international number that will cost me to call :sad2:):
