Isn't anybody going to post about the gift?

I got something in the mail from ABD last Monday. I thought somebody would have posted about it by now. Maybe I'm the only one.

Got ours yesterday! I thought it was a nice gesture. (and loved the picture of Stephanie!)

We received ours Monday. How ironic, it was a picture of St. Peters in Rome. The same trip DCL cancelled on us with little time.

It is a silver picture with an ABD signature below the cut out of the frame which holds a picture of one of the ABD travel points. It was a nice gesture.

I haven't received anything, but we always seem to receive our ABD "surprises" last here in California. Does it appear to be something that all Adventure Insiders will receive?

I've moved, although ABD has my new address. I hope it makes it to the Adventure Insiders list like they said it would... Nothing for me yet!

I received it, i haven't had time to open it and I pray I don't get a picture of Stephanie, although I could use it in a game of darts. Unfortunately, as much as I love ABD my days of international travel may be over, I have some health issues that were finally diagnosed and since Europe isn't that mobility friendly I am not sure if I will be able to take any more trips. I will always be grateful to ABD for allowing me to see as much of Europe as I did, in fact the only trip that was on my bucket list that I don't know if i will go on is Germany. I do have many pictures that I could put in the frame so that is great.

If you're a Canadian ABD'er, don't expect to receive anything. Even though we are Adventure Insiders in that we get a AI number, we don't get the gifts or anything. Can't even officially join.

Hello Tozzie ...... if your mobility issues are that you would have to walk long distances at airports

then you could have a wheelchair to bring you from aeroplane to kerbside .

Other than that I cannot help . ( Although we have bought a wheelchair for use by our European relatives who visit us in Ireland )

.....................I hate to admit it but I tend to side with Tozzie..........we did not have the most enjoyable interactions on our trip with her............to each their own I guess.

We didn't receive a gift and we have done 2 trips and have 2 more booked. I also don't get the emails. Not sure why we can't seem to get Insider status. We are in VA.

I didn't get anything yet either here in Texas. We had our first ABD in June. I've even friends with our guides on Facebook.
