On Tuesday 10/1/24 called sales at 9 am. MIX UP in guides so Meghan got deal going in minutes. 50 points add on but no discounts until 150 points . She emailed Developer discounts. JIM a supervisor in Quality assurance followed up since Meghan did not know a Certificate of Trust ( Since I own thru trust) was required but Jim keep his word and today Thursday sign notarized ,now copy of ID required on all owners and FedEx back.
I was pleasantly surprised to have deed say Phase 88D Lagoon view third floor.
A prior post I believed made a error on Phase 88 D seven flood should be 88E. See plat.
Finally @ 8.99% was lower than 2002 AKV so all in all after 4 hours of music done.

If you get too long music at sales used 9800 option 1 and they can patch in you call. never had 9800 opt 1 girls give problem.
As Fl. condo owners there is new Condo 2022 laws now requiring 30 year inspection and four board meeting. Lastly any CPA's out there GAAP ( bean counting principles) now required an asset and liability for PC of " Right to Use"( asset) and Lease Liability Pv..
When those newer GAAP record net Condo Equity may go up or down depending on footnotes assumptions. This requirement is from 2008 bank failure Dodge Frank for what is know as off balance sheet debt. IN 2065 it all goes to zero like our deeds. At 80 the trust will go on while I am pushing daisy. Not Donald kind! GOOD LUCK !
