Island Planning office is awesome!

Yippee!!! I just received my PS itinerary for the Island Planning office at the Polynesian!! Tara is such a sweetheart, she was able to get everything we asked for including CRT! :jumping4:
I am sooooo excited...... I think I'm more excited than the kids!

We have PS's for a variety of places, CRT, LTT (dinner), Coral Reef, etc... it wasn't just the places but also the times we asked for since we planned most everything around parades, fireworks and stuff. This is going to be great!

Today I was just assigned Tara as my planner and now I feel like I'm in very safe hands.

Tara is so sweet. I had her as my planner then when I emailed her Sarah emailed me back. I asked Sarah if I get assigned just one Concierge rep and she said no there are several in the office. So, I don't know if I will hear from Tara again. Sarah is a sweetheart also.

That's why we just can't seem to stay anywhere else! The CMs there have come to feel like family - or should I say 'ohana? - to us. Tara and Sarah are both terrific, as are many of the concierge CMs who will help you at the resort itself. Have a wonderful trip!
