Is your weatherperson fidgetity?

Some of the TV weather people in this area are so distracting. They move from left to right across the map, move their arms around, play with a remote button in their hands, etc. Sometimes I want to shout "STAND STILL ALREADY"! Like they could hear me.

LOL, that reminds me of a weathergirl (yes they called them "girl") back then! when I was growing up in the Detroit suburbs. Anyone who watched the news on Channel 4 there back in the 70's will remember Marilyn Turner. She didn't fidget, but when she took a breatch, she didn't breathe...she gasped for air. It sounded like she had been drowning and she finally came up for air...Talk about distracting, it sounded like she was going to pass out!! Anyone else from Detroit remember Marilyn?

That's funny! Just this a.m. we were watching the news and my dh says, "Don't you think it would be a good idea to use the bathroom BEFORE you go on the air. Ours is very wiggly.
I think it's because they don't have anything in front to hide themselves. (podium, desk)
