We were going to put up our "fake" tree, but decided to buy a real tree. Haven't done it yet. Probably next weekend!

I'll be putting up the 'big' tree at my sister's house this year, since that's where we'll be doing meals and gift exchange. She lives about 2 miles from me and we can't do it till next weekend. Big sister will be coming in from Chicago and staying with me, so I'll do a little tree here, but lots of other decorations around the house. Got to finish my house cleaning before I drag all the stuff out, but will get started on it tomorrow. MUST organize craft room first, still have more Christmas cards to make!

Nope, not yet. But my wreath is on the front door, I just finished making my Mickey wreath and put it over the fireplace, and if I get my butt off the computer, I'm going to put the candles in the windows.

I almost always put it up on Thanksgiving night. I got the tree up, lights on, ornaments on and it is beautiful. Got up Friday morning, turned on the lights and the entire top 1/3 of the tree has no lights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been to busy to see what the problem is, so I guess I will have to do that tonight!!!! Oh well, the bottom 2/3 is pretty!!!!!!!

I just finished putting out all of our decorations. We're going get the tree later today and will decorate it tonight! Can't wait!!

Not the big tree, we will get it on the 13th after we get back from WDW. However, I have a small tree on my dresser in our room and my son has one one his dresser and I will be putting up a little one in the kitchen on the counter. Candles are in the window, decorations are out (however, I think I need more), lights are up out front. Only thing left to do is put out my Dept 56 houses and I wanted to make a wreath and I was going to try to make a garland to go around the fireplace.

Can't put up the tree yet. We are going to Disney Dec. 13-18 and no one would be around to water it. The Sat. after we get back, we will get one and put it up, and I will decorate it.

We are putting up our fake....Tree tommorow. I will put all the lights on but no ornaments. We will be in Disney the 7th till the 14th. I don't want to come home to My cats having smashed all my Radco ornaments. We will decorate when we come home!

My house is just about done. Last weekend we put up the village. Thanksgiving day we did the inside decorations. Friday we did the tree and today we did the outside lights. Just a few finishing touches left and we are done. It's a long process, we go kinda "Tim Taylor" on our decor too LOL.

Ours has been up a week tomorrow. I made the mistake of telling DS maybe we could put it up last weekend. Mentol Note....don't mention Christmas trees decorating unless you're actually prepared to do it!!!!

OK, tree is up and decorated. Tomorrow I will take the storage boxes to the attic and start bringing in the monorail
