Is Wishes still slated for FP+?

Just curious, as the parades opened today for reservations for our trip next week but I didn't see an option for Wishes? Will it eventually show up?

Sorry I am new to the FP+ discussion, but why do you (anyone) need a FP for a parade or Wishes? I have always thought I just go stand and watch......?

Is this for better seating or something?

Wishes and/or MSEParade FP+ will go up sometime between 2-15 days in advance of the date.

1- Some don't want to have to stake out a good location an hour (or more) before the show starts.

2- Thousands still do.

3- No seating. Just roped off reserved areas.

Thank you Robo! I assumed they would appear at the same time, so I'll just keep up the obsessing checking. The map is fabulous, thank you.

For us, who don't really do the headliners yet, it is worth a fastpass to not sit around for a seat for wishes. We are finally at an age where we can stay up for it, so I'd like to make the most of it. It certainly isn't a need for everyone!

For Wishes, I'd say a much lower priority of need for FP+.
There are many great places to stand to see Wishes.
