Is WDW AP valid at Disneyland?

I have read that you can use WDW tickets at disneyland and was wondering if the same is true for the APs.

WDW and DL each require their own APs. You cannot use one for admission to the other.

WDW tickets are good at Disneyland but not vis-versa nor are AP's interchangable.

Furthermore I do not believe WDW AP's get you any discounts at stores, restaurants or hotels at DL or vis-versa.
