Apropos of nothing, Disney pays lower salaries for it’s IT staff then almost any other major company.

Keep trying. When systems go down like this they often need to bring them back in stages. It's possible the VQ stage has not yet been fully restored. If not successful, 1:00 is a time when many are successful getting a place in the VQ.

I received a push notification about the delay and that VQ was back open. Was able to get one at about 840am for BG35
However LL to purchase was up and running before VQ so I bought that tooo. Now I’ll try and get a refund. We will see
