Is VMK open? I am stuck in end room :(

Could somebody please tell me if VMK is still open right now or has it crashed again?

I am stuck in the queue for the end room of the maze (where I am supposed to claim my prize, wouldn't you know it!), and I have been behind 15 people for about the last 15 minutes.

I'm just hoping it isn't frozen?? Because then this was all wasted time...

I got stuck at number 20. I took a picture of me at the end rom and stuck on 20 maybe if I contact them I can get my prize for middle range.
