Is Universal's Express Pass worth it?

We haven't been to Universal Studios in a while and was wondering if the Express Pass is worth it? We are going down Sept 25th to Oct 3rd. We are doing Universal Studios and not IOA this time. I see the price of an Express Pass is $20 per person and it will only be my Wife and I.

Not for that time of year. The price indicates the anticipated crowd level and the crowds are light after Labor Day weekend. If you find the lines are too long for your liking, you can always purchase the EP once you arrive.

I agree. We prepurchased the pass for us & we are a family of 4 -and for the time of year we went, we didnt need it at all....every ride was walk on. We ended up doing US & IOA in one day!!!

I would wait until you get there to see if you really need it. Thats what we plan to do for the next time
