Is undercovertourist.com a reliable ticket vendor?

Ok, I have a question, may be silly, but here goes...

If I were to purchase a 7 day premium ticket from undercover tourist, or any other vendor for that matter, and I decide while I am there, I would like to add on a day or two, will I be able to do that as long as I am in the 14 day window?

Also, could I get a 7 day 'hopper' and then decide when we are there if I want to add on the waterparks and more option? AND extend the days??

We want to do disney quest, and if the weather is nice blizzards beach, but if it is only disney quest, then it would probably be cheaper to just get a one time admission to that rather than the add on to the package right?

Fello dis'ers, please help me!!! my head is spinning! :faint:

Oh, and also, we are leaving 3 weeks from today, will this be enough time to purchase the tickets online, or should I just head over to my local disney store?

thanks!!

A quick update on shipping progress. All orders dated Jan 2nd were shipped by Jan 4th.
About half of Jan 3rd orders were shipped Jan 4th.

All Jan 3rd and most Jan 4th will be shipped today. Hopefully we will also be able to ship some Jan 5th Orders today.

Once items are shipped (with regular shipping) it take 2-4 Business days for delivery.

This is slower than our normal turn around time, however I am sure you can appreciate the demand is higher than normal.

If you want to know the exact status of your order, you can contact us directly. We would prefer inquires are made via email.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post and update us all on the tickets. You must be swamped with orders and it is great customer service to let us know what is going on. I will definately book mark your site for future ticket needs and I look forward to receiving the tickets that I already purchased. Thanks again! :flower:

I want to add my thanks to them, too. I also want to give an update on my order. I was wondering why I hadn't received my tickets yet since I ordered last Sunday and I've been reading about others who ordered later than me already getting their tickets. I sent an email to undercovertourist this afternoon asking them to check the status of my order. About an hour later, we got a call from a very nice man who said they checked and, for some reason, our order had not been shipped although it should have been one of the first to go out. He said that never should have happened but it did. He apologized several times for the miscue and said they were upgrading our order to express shipping with FedEx at no charge and we should expect delivery by next Tuesday. He provided us with a tracking number and apologized again. I really appreciate them calling to let us know what was going on. I think that was very good customer service and I will certainly remember that when I need tickets in the future.

Yes, you will be able to add on days. This would be considered a ticket "upgrade". You will just be upgrading your current ticket to one with additional days on it. Right now, it is debatable as to how much that upgrade would cost. Some think that it would be the difference between the 2005 gate price of your 7-day pass and the 2006 gate price of a the new pass. Others think that they may give you the 2006 value of your 7-day pass towards the upgrade to the new pass. Since the new price structure is still in its infancy, we're all waiting for someone to report back.

Also, could I get a 7 day 'hopper' and then decide when we are there if I want to add on the waterparks and more option? AND extend the days??
Yes, you could do that but you will probably pay the 2006 price for that upgrade. The 2005 price for the Water Park & More option was $45 per ticket and the new price is $50.

We want to do disney quest, and if the weather is nice blizzards beach, but if it is only disney quest, then it would probably be cheaper to just get a one time admission to that rather than the add on to the package right?
If you're interested in doing only one "plus" during your stay, and you're not purchasing the no-expiry option, then it would make more sense to just buy admission separately. Ticketmania sells DQ passes for $24/$20 (adult/child). But if you will both DQ AND a waterpark, the cost of admission is cheaper if you do the Water Park Fun & More add on. Waterpark admission is $36.21/$29.82 (adult/child) and ticketbrokers do not sell discounted passes for them.

Plenty of time. Most ticketbrokers will even deliver to your hotel or condo for a fee if you're worried that it won't get to your residence prior to departure. You can always call them to put your fears to rest but I think that 3 weeks is adequate time to place and receive your ticket order. Have fun!

Ordered 3 10 day MYW no expiration on December 31st. Received in the mail today.YEAH! So glad that I got the $308 price. Three months til I see the Mouse again!!

Just wanted to post that I had ordered my tix at 9PM on Monday night and they were delivered today via USPS. I too was concerned about this company, but they delivered as promised.

I got home from work today and found my tickets in our mailbox! I ordered them around 10 pm Monday night. Very fast service. I will definitely remember Undercovertourist.com when I need more tickets.

We also received our tickets today. I ordered them Sunday afternoon. I would also like to thank undercovertourist for the excellent customer service. Bravo!

I ordered one 10-day premium ticket from Ticket Mania on Dec. 25, and the e-mail I got said it would be mailed Jan. 3rd. I haven't received it yet, but I expect to soon.

**Edited to add..my Ticket Mania order arrived on Jan. 9th in a HEAVY envelope - full of Orlando-area tourist guides and my one little premium pass!

I received both my Ticketmania order (placed 12/27/05) and Undercovertourist order (placed 1/1/06) yesterday. Thank you to both companies!!

whoo hoo! Ordered 7day premium last night from undercovertourist!!!! I'll post when I get them!
Decided to go with the premium, DQ is a definate, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a waterpark day! Even if we can plan an afternoon thats worth it to us! ::yes::

Three more weeks! :cool1: oh yeah! :cool1: Three more weeks! :cool1:

Yes, You are correct.
With a basic ticket you can go to any ONE park each day. You need to add the Hopper Feature to be able to go to more than one park in the same day.

Another happy camper with undercovertourist! Got our 10 premium non exp passes today! Even my DH seems excited- I am kind of a big wave that sweeps him along these things! Somone else said that the tickets look a ittle flimsy. I'd have to agree. We made copies and will bring a copy with us and keep one at home in our firebox.

I just bought 3 of the 10 day premiums. And then I saw that the DSs were still selling 2005 park hoppers. Did the math, and I feel better, that I made the right choice to save some money. Now all I have to do is plan a trip!

::yes::

Stopped by the Disney Store in Midtown Manhattan today and inquired about the price of tickets. I was told that prices have increased to the 2006 prices. No 2005 priced tickets were being offered.

I just ordered from UCT as well. Hard to beat the prices! I assume that the fact that the tickets look a "little flimsy" isn't an indication that the tickets are fake - right? Has anyone actually used the tickets from Undercover Tourists yet? Is there a way to call and verify from Disney that they are valid? Just looking for reassurance.
