We plan on doing Toontown Madness right after EE on Monday, June 25th. Is Toontown Madness crazy packed? How long will it take for us to see Toontown? Depending on my three year old we may ride the roller coaster, but probably not. We will want to see the characters and the houses and the Roger Rabbit ride.

I have never seen it crazy packed. You may need to throw the 3 year old on your shoulders to see the ceremony (it does not take up a large space, and people stand up). Then you can get autographs if interested, and have pretty much free reign on the houses, maybe with some lines at the houses if the characters are already in there for the autographs. My DD and DS both LOVE the roller coaster though - we had to go 10 times one year for DD - so I wouldn't rule it out completely - she is actually more scared of toon spin!!! You should be able to get out of there in an hour or less depending on how many autographs or houses you visit.

When we went last August it was perfect, a very small crowd. This last week it was so crazy in there. It was very hard to enjoy ourselves. Half way through the ceremony we ditched out and headed over to Mickey's house to get in line and guess what so did a bunch of other people. The line was already half way in the street back there. I guess it just depends on the day and time of year. No matter what it still is fun!

seeing as you are going during the summer time, it is likely that while it may not be packed, it will still be crowded. however compared to the rest of the park toon town is going to seem really uncrowded, and will be a nice getaway from some of the craziness. i also recommend that midday you shoudl head over to california adventure, because during only one of my 27trips to disneyland have i seen california adventure very crowded, and that was like at disneylands peak week, so you shoudl be fine
