From what I remember, once we were checked in at the port, showing all our id's and doc's., we then went over to the far right of the lobby. The kids clubs personnel were there to greet you and register your kids for the club that was age appropriate for them. Oops sorry, they do give you your beeper there, you only have to get their wrist band with their name and state room , on their first visit. We couldn't get our kids out of the clubs. Our 4 year old gave up swimming with the dolphins, to stay back at the club, because Alice In Wonderland was coming for tea that afternoon and she didn't want to miss her. Our 7 yr old passed up the Pirate Dinner to stay at the club and have dinner with her friends. If you and hubby want a dinner alone, the staff at the clubs take the kids up to the buffet and feed them dinner, lunch, whatever. It really is a wonderful program, very safe and lots of fun. Just a tip, we gave these CM's long distance pre-paid phone cards as tips since they are not on the list for tipping. They absolutely love them. But remember to get international cards as these people are from all over the world.
