I've done that before, not just songs in Itunes, but the freebie books on Amazon too. I have alot of music in my itunes, have been using it for many years so it easy to forget what I already have. I'd call it forgetful.

Hasn't happened to me with music as I don't buy that much, but books on Amazon it's happened a couple of times. I forgot I bought one, go to order it and they "remind me" that I already bought it and give me the date I bought it. I like that they do that, I think it's very nice and helpful of them.
