What are you talking about? I am confused about Desertratt...I had been trying to make a trade with "him" but found out it was his girlfriend Hollagirl...then I tried to trade when I saw desetratt on vmk...Hollagirl do you have your own DIS account? I'm not annoyed or anything just wondering, it's confusing

Camo, you are right about the green flips. I have no idea what it would take to get someone to trade them. They are MUCH more rare than inferno....I have seen like 2 ppl wearing them that were not staff. I personally don't see the big deal, if I had them I would probably trade for inferno and some other cool stuff. Plus if you had them, you would always want to wear them, and I like to change everyday (or at least every 2 or 3 days...I get stinky ) Plus I'm sure the ppl with them get about a million "plz"s to trade. I know from earlier tonight that next time I go into trade rooms, I am taking off my inferno pin. I mean, you have to see someone's sig to trade right.....what do they think "won't trade inferno for anything so dont even ask me" means?

"plz just look at my offer plz plz just look". I'm tired of saying "I promise it can't be as good as what I had to trade to get it". So I am taking it off now when I go.

Anyway, sorry to get all OT on your thread but that's the way it goes I guess!

well, i dont i have no idea how to have two windows open.. you have to have that virtual software or something. as far as hollagirl goes, on vmktrades she is hollagirl and on dis it is her fiance's/boyfriend's account, but she uses it. although, who knows? and your trade room was a big hit! you just eventually left.. that is why most owners are never in their trade rooms long . i found someone that might possiblt trade me their flips, and i am so hyperly excited! and it isnt even including the room codes or any of that stuff! woot woot she is my best friend now

people dont even have the common courtesy to read your signature and find out what it says. they see you wearing inferno or green flips and its like "omg i have to trade!!!!!"-clicks trade button and request is denied(and ignored for that matter - and then they say " why isnt your inferno for trade?" and its like "because i want it for the same reason you do. because i LOVE it. thats why.. and then they just kind of go away. but i hate typing that whole slough of words 20 times a day. so i proudly wear my inferno pin, and sometimes even show it off. hey, what are infernos for anyway? and i have just started not trading people unless they are wearing inferno themselves.

and sometimes they are still looking for another inferno and then what can you do? aye, we inferno bearers have a tough life to live.. thanks to all who subscribed to this post.. it has been a riot! it seems like every thread mia posts in it becomes a long drawn out OT conversation... i love it!

I decided not to have my own trade room anymore. It's too exhausting. I have to keep track of everything and people don't understand that if you are not responding, you are probably in a trade (esp if you are the owner!) I got tired of being in a trade window and seeing "owner! owner!" or "Miakoda, what do you want for thisorthat?" I wish you could talk to the room while in trade, like "in trade now, brb".

I really hope you get your flips!!! I may be getting an inferno for my fiance...I really hope it goes thru b/c it would be a nice surprise for him. He is never on when they have the staff games, and asking ppl for it in vmk is a waste. I hate when new players do not know the value of something or what is rare and what is not....they just start, see inferno, and have no clue what ppl have to trade to get it (like me!). LOL I saw a guy in a trade room (you may have been there) saying over and over to the room, "I am trading two magic pins for inferno!!!!" I never prowled the trade rooms until I knew enough about the value of items.

exactly my point. i had a feeling when you traded me in your trade room and told me how crazy it was that you might not have it anymore.. people dont understand when you say NO because they are usually little kids.. no offense to any of you young gun's out there!
