Is this what is happening to Disney?

"Looking past the greed of USA CEO's as a motive for corporate change, the major problem with major corporations is lack of vision by cookie cutter CEO's. Any idiot can balance a company's checkbook by cutting staff to cut expenses, (Ivy Leaguers call it a turnaround, when it is really a flip). It takes a visionary to grow a company through grass roots developments and profitable acquisition opportunties. This is what GE and Exxon-Mobil is doing.
The company needs executives with more vision, rather than ones who practice management via a cookbook."
