Can anyone help me out here. I can't figure out if these tags in my booklets are for the transfers or for when you arrive at port so the crew knows what room to place your bags?

I bought transfers but am not sure if these are it.. My book states that I do NOT have transfers. But my TA assured me its becuase I bought them late and the docs were already written up?

Anyone else whom bought transfers, do your tags look like this and were they in your book or were they seperate from your book??

Thanks
Spankey

Those look like the tags in the cruise documents. Everyone gets those, regardless of whether you purchased transfers. All bags going to your stateroom in the ship must be tagged with these.

That said, I don't know specifically what the transfer tag looks like. I've never used disney transfers.

Have a good trip,
Jennifer

Ok

Thats what I was afraid of... I hope My TA can work this out espcially seeing how most of Florida doesn't even have power... We leave in2 weeks "Right now I really wouldn't be disapointed if we can't sail the 19th.. I feel horrible for all those poor souls down there and Ivan is on its way.. Hopefully it diminishes!!!

Ok I lied... I will be disapointed but I can't be selfish...

Thanks again

Those are the luggage tags not transfer tags. Read the first few pages of your document booklet. There will be a statement to the effect that transfers are either included or not. It's just a short statement...sort of like a little chart. I wondered about the same thing when I got my docs but, as a previous poster stated, you can wait until you arrive at the airport, if that's your first transfer, or at the resort, or at the ship. I found out that I didn't have any tickets for transferring, I was just on a bunch of lists (airport, resort, and port) and was worrying for nothing. Be sure to put your luggage tags on your bags at the appropriate time, though, so they go with you at the time you do transfer.....

When you get to MCO, go to the DCL rep and she will direct you to the bus. IF you are on the transfer list, you will not be billed again. If (somehow) you are not on the list, they will bill your credit card. THis doesn't go on the KTTW bill, it is a separate charge to the Visa (for us). Then, your TA can fight it out when you get home.

On our first DCL trip, we had transfers as part of the package. The TA had transfers listed....DCL didn't. We did use the bus, and got a separate charge. WHen I questioned it, DCL referred me to TA. TA and DCL fought it out for a few months, but I did get my money back!
