Is this true?

I was reading in this Sundays travel part of Newspaper- That DCL has updated a few things like: new better beds? and it said new sateen sheets? and thicker towels? Is this true?
We went last May on Disney Wonder and are going this May again on the Wonder. If anyone has gone lately and can recall- Is this correct? I tought the beds and towels were fine last year but are these items newer and better this year?

I was excited about this, too, before our Dec. 2004 and Jan. 2005 cruises. They are slowly replacing the towels, regardless of category. I was in a suite in Dec. and a Cat 5 in Jan. and noticed the same thing. About one of the four bath towels was bigger. I think it's just random if you get one or not. I guess they're changing them as the others get shabby.

I didn't notice any new sheets, but maybe I'm wrong. There are more movie channels on the TV.

How far in advance do you have to book to be able to get one?

On our January Magic cruise we had the big oversize towels (two and two regular sized), and also on port days they were replacing mattresses in the staterooms around us (deck seven forward).

According to what I can find, they started refitting the staterooms when they dry-docked her last fall. As long as they've got it done by March of '06, I'm cool.
