thank u so much, u are so helpful. i fell in love with it the moment i saw it. the one i tried on is in white and whith silver detailing, it just says Cinderella all over it to me. The detail at the bottom i just love as it is in silver too. and the store is stopping selling wedding gowns so all gowns are 50% off. So if i went ahead and got it i could get a 800 dress for half of that. Im in Love!!!!

I love that gown. I've looked at it often. I think you will definately be a princess in that gown. I'm going with something princessey for my VR also. I have a couple of dresses I love, and am having a hard time narrowing it down.

have u tried the ones ur trying to decide between on yet. that dress looks totally diffrent on and i did not try it on with an xtra slip. i think its to big with an additional slip but looks great without it. and the one i plan to get is in white. i saw it in the store the first time and then looked for the pic online, i must say this picture doesnt do it justice. happy dress hunting!!

Unfortunately the shops in my area don't have the dresses I like in anything remotely close to my size to try on. I still have some options of daytrips to go dress shopping. I have tried on several dresses, none with additional crinolines (none of them really needs them).

Most of the ones I like are from Mary's Bridal. We have a local store not far from my house. They are super friendly and very honest about their stock and are incredibly helpful.

So, when is your VR? Mine is not until May 8, 2008 (forever from now).

Thanks for the compliment. I am plus-size and not bery many stores in this area carry a large range of sizes for me. I am going on good faith and praying this dress will be ok. I am very self conscious of my arms, I have until December 2007 to work on my body...and it will take a lot of hard work and detemination!! I am using my Vow Renewal as my incentive!!

I know exactly how you feel seaprincess. I'm a plus sized girl myself! Every dress I love is like a size 8...it wouldn't nearly look the same on me. I am going to have to pull on faith when I order mine as well.

Seaprincess that dress is absolutly gorgeous!!! My only thing about not trying on a dress is that when my hubby and i were first getting married i had an idea of what i wanted, my sister had an idea of what she like for me. We went dress shopping and she made me take some she liked into the dressing room. I tried the ones i liked on and i liked them but just something was not right. i tried on the style she liked and i looked gorgous, the fit was a better fit ect. my point is you never know what type of dress will look good on u till u try it. I have to loose some weight too before my big day which is in May of 2007. But i would encourage you going to a dress shop and even if its not the exact dress u like try to find one in ur size that is the same cut. You dont want to wind up with a dress that is less than flattering for your figure.

The only one I've tried on is Dress #3, and it's gorgeous...all the detail is in silver beading...the others I'm just in love with.

As you may be able to tell, I'm in a pink phase. I love pink, so I definately want that part of me to show in my dress...
