It will be 2 adults and 3 kids
our MK day-

8:25 Ohana breakfast
Go to MK
1:40 BOG lunch
Go back to rest at resort
Go back to MK around 6-6:30pm
7:25 CRT dinner

Is this a good plan?

I'm not sure you will get to do that many rides. That's a lot of TS meals, but you know your children.

When I took one of my nieces I tried to just book 1 TS per day. Some days I did 2 TS but those were on days we didn't go to the park. We would sleep in a bit and have a late breakfast and then head to Downtown Disney or back to our resort. Then do an earlier dinner. We would have a snack in between as it was just too much food.

I think it also depends on when you are going. In the summer, I find I'm just not as hungry.

Ohana will put you at the MK well after RD, but if that's not important to you, no big deal, you can also eat lighter at BOG if you want since that seems like a lot of food, but I have a smaller appetite, so I'm weird. Have a lovely day at the MK!

Ohana breakfast can take about 90 minutes if you want to meet all the characters, so you're probably not getting over to MK until 10:30-11. That'll give you 2 1/2 to 3 hours before you need to head over to BOG. I'd highly recommend pre-ordering your BOG meals to avoid the long ordering line, which will save you some time. Then maybe you can squeeze in one more post-lunch ride before heading back to to the resort.

At night you'll probably only be able to get to one or two (and more likely just one) ride before your CRT reservation, and that's another one that can take well over an hour depending on the timing of when the characters come out.

Thanks all! We are going in the summer and want to take as many breaks as we can.

We will just eat light at BOG to save room for CRT dinner.

do not know if it is important to you and your family or if you know or not but the beast is only at dinner not lunch

You might want to reconsider your Ohana breakfast. In the summer to avoid the crazy heat and crowds you want to be at rope drop. Your best hours of touring in MK without fastpass is the first two hours of park opening. You will miss the best touring time. And if this is your first trip you are probably going to feel like you are spending all your time running to eat and sitting and eating rather than seeing the parks.

My only other option is to move the Ohana breakfast for departure day but I feel it'll be too hectic with check out and all.

What time do you have to leave the resort? We plan on eating an Ohana breakfast on our departure day, but we dont have to leave until 2:00.

Departure day is usually a very good day to do a resort character meal if you are not departing too early. Usually DME comes about 3 hours before your flight if you are flying and using DME. Don’t know where you are staying or how you are traveling or when you are departing but may be the first or the last breakfast seating would work for you? I’d do the last seating if it works and have your stuff out of the room before breakfast. If flying you can check your luggage through to the airlines if you are at an onsite Disney resort before you leave for breakfast. If driving you can load your car or can just call bell services to take your luggage to their luggage hold.

Flight is at 1:45pm. Staying at AoA

You'll get to the park around 10am...you'll have about 3ish hours for rides...then you'll eat and be gone til 6:30pm where you might fit in 30 minutes of a ride...and then 90 minutes of dinner and it's 9pm...hopefully, they'll be extended hours, but if not, you'll have only had 4 hours of MK attractions - that's enough to fit in your 3 FPs and maybe a carousel ride and a trip to the Tiki Birds, since you'll have summer waits other places. That's a lot of money for a park ticket to only enjoy 5 attractions and the in park restaurants...

I'd drop 1 of the places...

Is this your only MK day? If so, I would drop O'hana. Your current schedule leaves hardly any time for rides and attractions. I think it would be frustrating to be in the MK, but not have time to fully experience all that it has to offer.

O'hana breakfast is a favorite for our family, but I would not do it at the expense of experiencing all the MK has to offer.

I too would drop 'OHana breakfast, even if it means not doing it this trip at all.
Those are the most important touring hours during a busy summer time. Plus I just plain think it is too much food for one day.
You asked for opinions, and this is mine

Personally, for us, this is too many TS meals, too much food, and too much transit time. You'll be arriving at MK after 'Ohana with hordes of others and it'll likely be quite crowded and (if summer) hot. As others have noted, you then only have 3 hours before your BOG lunch. Those 3 hours will get sucked up fast with walking through the park and waiting in lines, even with FP. Lunch will take another hour, so realistically you're not leaving the park for your break until 2:30-3:00, putting you at your resort around 3:30. You're then heading back to MK by 5:30 or 5:45 to get there by 6:00-6:30, not leaving much time before your CRT dinner. If you're okay with not having much actual MK time and the restaurant time is important to you, it could work. But if it were me, I'd drop one meal. With this much food and the heat, I'd feel horribly sluggish, which would affect my enjoyment of the trip.

Thanks all!

This won't be our only MK day. We have a 6 day trip with us going to MK on arrival day, day 3 (which is the plan above), day 4 (MNSSHP night) and departure day for a bit.

I would also suggest dropping Ohana and going departure day. Have a leisurely morning at MK, enjoy your lunch at BOG, and seem good pool time at the resort before CRT. In our experience, the portion sizes at CRT for dinner were tiny so I would get whatever you want at BOG and not worry about still being full. Enjoy your vacation!
