Is this the correct phone number for member services?

I"m on hold and can't tell if I called the right number, the website is not entirely clear. I called (800) 800-9800 Is that correct? I pressed option 2 for walt disney world resorts. I'm trying to merge two reservations. Thanks!

The TN is correct. I haven't called for a lon time, so can't verify the option, but it sounds correct. Here's hoping you won't have to wait too long on hold.

When I am just combining reservations, I send an email to MS using the email option listed under the Help tab on the Members website. I only call for something urgent or a trip coming in the next month or so.

That’s the right number. I didn’t even get on hold. I get a message once I get through the prompt that “all our cast members are busy. Please call again later”.

Oh, thanks! I guess I'll wait a few more minutes on hold and then give up and try the email route. It said there was an 11 minute wait when I first got on. Granted that was 15 minutes ago and every few minutes the recording comes back on and tells me I have an 11 minute wait so....

If the 2 reservations are on the same contract and use year you can request this via chat on the DVC site. Chat may not be available immediately but if you wait 10 or 15 minutes a rep usually comes available. Much shorter wait than the phone and it will be done more quickly than if you email.
