Is this store permanently closed?

It's outside the entrance to Animal Kingdom, either round or octagonal. I think it closed when COVID closed everything, but I haven't seen it reopen yet. Also, I believe it was covered, but didn't have a door, just open air. I used to love stopping at that store. Has it just not reopened yet, or was there an announcement of it permanently closing?

The Outpost Shop. Disney's website lists it as "temporarily closed." There's been no other announcement about its fate. So, at this point, someone would need to have inside information about a permanent closure. I do not.

Even pre-Covid that shop was only open seasonally, so I bet it's awhile before they have the staffing to open it in the current environment.
