Is this possible?

I am trying to plan our vacation for next August. We would like to stay at the Swan using the Nurse's Discount. I know I can get the discount booking thru DreamsRes. We would also like Ultimate Park Hopper Passes. Dreams can not sell these passes so we would have to get them once we arrive, therefore costing more. Is there a way to book the Swan using the Nurse's Discount and buying the UPH's in advance?

lorik, you can call the Swan directly and make your reservation with them without having to use a travel agent. Just call the hotel phone number, give them your dates and ask if they have availability for those dates with the nurses discount.

As far as the Ultimate Park Hopper...as far as I know, you have to purchase them at the Disney guest services at the Swan, as there is no way to put them on your room key like at the Disney Resorts. The advantage of this, is if you ask nicely, they will sometime drop off the first or last day for you. Which can be an enormous benefit if your flight gets in late or leaves early, as you don't end up paying for a day you aren't going to use.

Thanks so much for your help. I knew that tickets could be purchased thru Disney but I have never been able to find that specific web page. Every time I tried to buy tickets I only found a page that let me view the types of tickets, not purchase them. Thanks again.

IT lists the UPH tickets and prices, but you can not purchase the tickets unless you get a room with them.

THe nurses discount is only available directly with the Swolphin, who does not offer the tickets with the room. Getting your room at the Swolphin from Disney with UPH included, will not have the nurses/teachers discount available.

THe only way to get UPH and that specific discount is to buy them at the hotel after you check in.

mcorbo, you're right . I cannot find a way to purchase the tickets without booking a room thru the Disney site. Since it will be much more expensive without the discount I will probably have to pay the extra for the tickets at check-in.

lorik, have you looked at all your ticket options? UPH's are almost never the cheapest way to go...
