We are staying at the PBH feb. 12-16. I got the platinum suite upgrade. Is there anyway at check-in to upgrade to club level?

We are staying at the PBH feb. 12-16. I got the platinum suite upgrade. Is there anyway at check-in to upgrade to club level?

Yes, we do it every time we stay at the Portofino.

We get our platinum upgrade and then we add on club at check-in. The last few times we added it, it was $75.00 per night. The only time you might not do it is if the club was full. But that has never happened to us yet.
